Chapter 206 You Spiked My Drink
Shawn's eyes lit up the moment they landed on the slender and elegant Kylie. Very quickly, his gaze
drifted to her ass.
With a wry smile, he said, "My two beautiful classmates, I'm sorry for the wait. I have booked a private
room at the Indigo Club and a few of our classmates are already waiting for the two of you. Please get
in the car."
Meanwhile, Jane's stare was already affixed on the Maserati as she exclaimed, "Wow, a Maserati that
is worth more than one million! And a CEO too! Hehe, only such cars can match up to the stature of the
belle of our medical college, Kylie Tonkins."
"Kylie, let's get in then!" she quickly hooked her arms around Kylie's and nudged her.
Shawn urged them with a wide grin too, "Yes, please get in. It's been a long time since we saw each
other. Now is a good time to catch up!"
Kylie was in a dilemma as her gaze darted between Nathan's old Polo and Shawn's new Maserati.
Alas, she said to Nathan, "Hey, why don't you head home first? I'll go over to the reunion first before
dropping by at Aunt's house. Please go ahead without me."
After that, she climbed into Shawn's Maserati with Jane.
As Shawn looked at the two ladies entering his car, a grin of satisfaction flashed across his face.
He walked over to Nathan's car and leaned his upper body near the window before telling him in a low
voice, "Dude, don't embarrass yourself with this old Polo. I'll borrow your sister for the night, aye?"
After he finished those sentences, he left arrogantly in his Maserati.
Right after Shawn's car sped off, Nathan overheard two male passersby whispering among
themselves, "Isn't that the bastard, Shawn? I heard that he raped a girl recently and she even
committed suicide later on.”
"I can't believe that he wasn't jailed for this. Look at him, he just found himself some new prey."
The other man said, "Well, he is rich and powerful. That short-haired lady was so beautiful. What a
pity."
Nathan did not want to poke his nose into Kylie's personal life. However, he frowned upon hearing what
those two men had to say about Shawn.
His phone rang at that moment and it was Thomas Dunn who called.
Thomas reported, "Sir, ten days have passed. The Zabinski family gave no sh*t about your warning.
There was no sign of retreating from them."
"Last week, they even opened an upscale club in Channing. It's called the Indigo Club."
"I heard that they want to get into the underworld in Channing again and try to gain control over it."
Coincidentally, Kylie and her friends were heading there too.
The corners of Nathan's lips twisted into a smile as he replied Thomas over the phone, "Well, I feel like
drinking suddenly. Let's go to the Indigo Club for some drinks tonight."
Kylie, Shawn, and Jane arrived at Indigo Club very soon.
A few other classmates from the medical college were waiting in a private room.
Shawn ordered a few bottles of red wines to celebrate their reunion.
Back when they were in school, Shawn was head over heels for Kylie.
Unfortunately, the latter was a genius and was extremely good at her studies.
Even though Shawn came from a rich and powerful family, Kylie always looked down on him because

The few classmates in the private room including Jane were all bribed by him.

Standing up, she told Shawn and the rest, "I'm sorry, but I think I've had enough to drink. I should be
heading back now."

weakly.
Shawn immediately approached her with a sly smile and pretended to show his concern, "Kylie, are
you alright?"
Kylie felt a throbbing headache and a numbing feeling throughout her body as
her vision became blurred and she slowly turned unconscious.
Looking at Shawn's disgusting face, she spoke with a quivering voice, "You...You have spiked my
drink."
