Even though Hayley and Kerk were taught a good lesson in front of Nathan and Penny last night, Hayley did not tell her parents about that episode.
As for Agnes and Warren, not only were they completely unaware of Nathan's identity, they had never bonded well with the Smiths too. That was whythey ridiculed and humiliated Penny the moment they saw her.
Penny couldn't bring herself to say anything in return, her face was flushed and she was almost in tears.
Not only did Hayley and Kerk behave impudently, even Agnes and Warren were utterly rude as well. This entire family was indeed quite ill-manneredAs the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together.
Upon seeing his wife being terribly bullied, his face darkened as he called out to the staff coldly, “Waiter, somebody's interrupting our tea session, willyou take care of it?”
Immediately, a manager came over and reprimanded Warren and Agnes unhappily, “Sir, madam. Please compose yourselves and do not disturb ourguests.”
When the people around heard the manager, they started glaring at Warren and Agnes.
Both of them felt their faces burning from being ashamed and angry. They started cursing Nathan in their hearts.Warren replied the manager awkwardly, “Uh... Actually we know each other.”
Agnes followed and said, “That's right! Penny, we can’t find any seats. You won't mind if we share
your table, right?”
Even though they had uttered some nasty words earlier, Penny respected them as elders. Seeing that she used to stay at the Sanders’ house for theweekends during her years in school, she couldn't refuse their request and said to the manager, “Let's just sit together.”
After Warren and Agnes sat down, they looked at the pot of tea that Nathan and the rest had ordered. The mament they realized it was just amedium-priced pot of tea, they reverted to their old self.
Agnes uttered in disdain, “Ah, my niece is quite thrifty as she is unwilling to spend much on expensive tea.”
Warren waved his hand at the waiter and placed his order. "Give me a pot of Golden Tips that costs eighteen thousand.” Upon hearing that. the waiterinvited a tea mistress over to personally prepare the tea for Warren and his wife.
The tea mistress was very skillful. After she had bailed and brewed the tea leaves, she performed a few tricks while pouring the tea. Surroundingguests started cheering and clapping upon seeing that
Warren and Agnes were also extremely pleased with themselves.
Warren picked up his teacup, took a sip gleefully and praised the tea out loud. Right after. he informed the tea mistress, “Pour a cup for them too.”The tea mistress replied, “Yes, sir.

Before Penny was able to say anything. Nathan couldn't hold back his anger anymore.

The crowd stared at Nathan while waiting for his explanation, same goes for Kiel and his men who were sitting at another table.

At that moment, she looked at Nathan with her jaw dropped to the ground.
Everyone around them couldn't help but scoff and claimed that Nathan's knowledge towards tea was rather impressive. His ability to differentiatewater was astounding.
Warren and Agnes who wanted to show off in front of Nathan and Penny initially were humiliated instead.Both their faces were completely flushed
Warren shouted at the tea mistress, "Go and change the water and brew a new pot for me quickly.”
The tea mistress replied hurriedly, “Yes, yes. I'll go change the water and boil a new one immediately.
Warren and Agnes stole a glance at Nathan who had become the center of attention unintentionally as the entire audience at the tea house was.looking at him.
However, he was oblivious about it and continued tending to his own matters unbothered.
Warren and Agnes suddenly felt that Nathan was somewhat profound and unpredictable.
