Chapter 1638

A lot of people nodded in agreement with Allen’s judgement, feeling that the ruling was fair and just.

Clearly, it was Colin’s win.

But Hagen still refused to admit defeat.

Pointing a finger angrily at the manager of the underground boxing arena, he shouted, “You dare be biased towards them? Do you think I won’t come back and decimate your entire venue?”

Allen didn’t make a single noise of retaliation.novelbin

Cheryl cut in coldly. “Not admitting defeat and throwing a tantrum when you lose? You’re not a real man at all. You can’t even handle it as candidly as I, a woman, did. You might as well start wearing a skirt and pretend to be a girl from now on. Then we won’t hold you to the bet.”

Every one of Cheryl’s companions started laughing uncontrollably.

Hagen’s face was a sickly shade of green.

No one from his side had any intention to hand over the money that they had previously won. Besides, if he acknowledged that he lost the bet, he had to get down on his knees and apologize to Cheryl.

He was going to negotiate until the very end.

He swiftly switched his expression into one of amusement, sniggering, “I don’t care what you say. But I personally don’t think I lost, so I have no reason to return the money and apologize.”

“How shameless can you get?” Cheryl shouted.

“What are you going to do about it? Kiss my (expletive)”

Cheryl was so pissed off that everything she had wanted to say became stuck in her throat.

Hagen turned to Nathan, threatening, “You have some balls, brat, but don’t be too proud of yourself just yet. I’ll only admit that you’re somewhat impressive if you can get out of Brimnapolis alive.”

“I’ve already said it — if you don’t apologize, I will break your limbs until you do,” Nathan stated calmly.

“Try me if you dare!” roared Hagen.

“Colin!” Nathan called out.

The name barely came out of his mouth when Colin walked over towards Hagen, bloodlust exuding out of his eyes.

Hagen’s subordinates and bodyguards quickly scrambled to gather around Hagen, telling each other, “Protect Mr. Tucker, protect Mr. Tucker!” Content belongs to NovelDrama.Org

A bunch of bodyguards immediately rushed towards Colin.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

More than ten bodyguards were all sent flying in the blink of an eye.

The distress and fear were written all over Hagen’s face. Suddenly, he regretted not bringing more bodyguards in the first place.

Before he realized it, Colin was already standing right in front of him.

“Kneel down to the young master, scum!” Colin pressed a hand on Hagen’s shoulder, forcing him down to his knees.

Hagen felt as if there was the weight of a mountain on his shoulder, his legs giving out under him as he fell to the floor.

The pain that shot up from his knees nearly brought him to tears.

“Apologize to Mr. Cross as well as Ms. Stewart,” Colin ordered, raising a hand and slapping him across the face several times. Hagen’s face was as bloody and swollen as a pig’s from the force of his hands. Content belongs to NovelDrama.Org

He had never suffered such humiliation before in his life.

Raising his head, he glared at Nathan angrily. “If you dare lay a finger on me, I’ll declare your death day right here and now. Do you know that I can make a single phone call to throw all of you behind bars?”

Nathan shrugged. “Colin, give him a phone.”

Colin pulled out a military-grade phone and shoved it into Hagen’s face. “Mr. Cross is giving you a chance to make a single phone call, so use it wisely.” Content belongs to NovelDrama.Org

Everyone’s jaw dropped at the scene in front of them.

They’d witnessed shows of arrogance before, but never to this extent.

Not only did Nathan dare to cross Hagen and beat him up, he even let Hagen call for backup.

He’s way too egoistical!
