Chapter 1353 A Satisfactory Explanation

Nathan got into a black MVP with Hailey, followed by several jeeps and cars behind them. Theconvoy sped off in the night, whizzing toward the direction of Fresh Fields Supermarket.

In the MVP, Hailey said to Nathan, "General, the President has ordered me to investigate WyattWindsor's case with you and to make sure that we're able to give him a satisfactory explanation. Butyou shall remain behind the scene and be discreet."

There were two key points in Hailey's statements; to be discreet and to produce a satisfactoryexplanation.

As a matter of fact, the Secret Service could have dealt with this matter by themselves, as itbelonged to Hailey's area of responsibility. Nathan didn't have to intervene.

Besides, even if Nathan were to join in with the investigation, there was absolutely no need for himto be discreet.

In addition to the words 'satisfactory explanation', it dawned on Nathan that not only did thePresident want him to find out about what befell Wyatt, he also wanted him to take care of thismatter to his satisfaction.

The President was asking him to avenge Wyatt Windsor!

Nathan's face remained unchanged as he said calmly, "Tell the President that I'll see to this matterand give him a satisfactory explanation."

"Understood!" Hailey nodded.

Soon, they arrived at Fresh Fields Supermarket.

It was already eleven o'clock at night. The supermarket had already closed and the backdoor of thesupermarket was quiet.

At the moment, one of Hailey's men was leading the way.

Nathan and Hailey followed closely behind with the rest of their men. "Wyatt Windsor's body ishidden here?" Nathan

asked.

"Yes, I secretly ordered my trusted aide to find it, and it wasn't easy,” Hailey replied.

Nathan nodded. "Something's up with Kenneth Greene. Otherwise, with the Secret Service's ability, there's no way that they couldn't find out what happened to Wyatt Windsor for so long."novelbin

Hailey lowered her voice as she said, "What happened to Wyatt Windsor has a huge impact, and itinvolves a lot of people. The President urged you to be cautious in dealing with this."

"I know what to do," Nathan said.

Soon, Nathan and his men arrived at the back entrance of the supermarket's cold storage.

To their surprise, the back door of the cold storage was left unlatched.

What's going on?

Is it possible that there are supermarket employees who are transporting things to the cold storagein the middle of the night?

Nathan and Hailey exchanged a suspicious glance.

Suddenly, a group of people come out from the cold storage, leading the group was a man wearinga black cloak that covered every part of his body.

However, under the dim lights, the man's handsome face and long silver hair stood out a mile.

The man was none other than Fin Leeroy.

Following Boris's orders, Fin was ready to transport Wyatt's body from the cold storage to theresidence of Colin and the Elite Eight, and pin the blame on Nathan.

But he didn't expect to run into Nathan and his men at the door as soon as they moved the body outfrom the cold storage.

Truth be told, Nathan and Hailey, too, were surprised at their chance encounter.

The two teams who were just a few meters apart, froze on the spot.

Looking at Fin's half-exposed face under the hood, Nathan's lips lifted slightly. "Seems like we'revery lucky tonight, Director Reagan."

Hailey stared at Fin and his men and said frigidly, "Indeed. What an unexpected surprise."

Fin was a little shocked to run into Nathan here. Didn't Sergeant Greene arrest Nathan Cross? Howis he here?

He calmed himself down and slowly reached for the combat dagger at his waist.

The men behind him followed suit, looking like a group of beasts that was ready to attack at anytime.

This put Colin and the Elite Eight, who were standing behind Nathan and Hailey's group of SecretService officers, on high alert.

With a wave of his hand, Nathan ordered impassively, "Take them down and try to take them alive."

"Yes, Sir!" Colin and the Elite Eight responded and sprang into action, pouncing on Fin and his menin unison.
