“Think twice, young man.” The elder’s aged face had a tinge of resignation. He appeared to beaware of Lucifer’s origins as he gently persuaded him.
Lucifer said casually, “I know what I’m doing. Even if I take the Dragon Vein and the Ancient Realmenervates, before the day it completely withers, Earth’s seal will have opened, and the AncientRealm will merge with Earth. The Earth will regain its Primordial Energy. To Earth, this one DragonVein is insignificant.”
The elder heaved a soft sigh. He knew he could not stop Lucifer.
“Since you’re adamant about doing so, I have nothing else to say.”
In a flash, the elder vanished from where he stood.
The next instant, he was already outside and on the summit. He looked at the people who weresitting in the lotus position in the light beams. He did not disturb them. He simply watched from aclose distance.
