“Quintina.” He hurriedly walked toward Quintina and released her seal.
“Why are you here, James?” Quintina stood up and looked at James puzzledly.
James said, “I encountered a few cultivators who were being pursued by a group of men in blackrobes. They said that the men in black were capturing everyone, so I hurriedly make my way here.When I arrived, I saw you being imprisoned here.”

Soon, everyone left the stone cavern upon being freed.

Everyone else was confused as well.

Quintina walked over to them and took a seat beside James. She glanced at him and asked, “Bythe time you arrived, was there really no one else there?”
“Yes,” James said while roasting his meat, “After learning that many people have been captured, Ibegan searching around. Then, I found a cavern where you guys were imprisoned.”
“That couldn’t be…” Quintina was confounded. The Demon Race was cold-blooded and ruthless.Why would they simply walk away after the initial slaughter?
At that moment, she was reminded of the man with the token. He was the one who saved her life. Ifnot for him, she would have perished.
