James did not expect Thea to be here at Mount Thunder Pass.
“Where’s Winnie? Who’s taking care of her now?”
Thea explained, “I left her in my mother’s care. I was worried about you and didn’t want you to dealwith this alone. I came here to lend you a helping hand.”
Upon hearing this, James had to suppress his tears. He considered himself the luckiest man in theworld to have married Thea.
“By the way, how did the cultivation go?” Thea asked.
“It went well, I guess.”
