Sophie frowned, saying, “Colt probably wasn’t lying. This has nothing to do with James.”

Jessica paced back and forth in the living room, fretting, “How could James be arrested just like that?Who in Devonport has the audacity to lay hands on James? If the police investigate and trace it back tous, we’re finished.”
The Russell family didn’t have powerful connections. Kidnapping was a serious crime. Last time, eventhough Isaac was a minor, he had already suffered a lot in jail.
