Chapter 833 Children

Finn knew what he meant.

Since the world had been corrupted by money, the martial arts world was no longer pure.

The martial arts practitioners trade resources with rich bosses to protect them, or they were hired as

tools to conquer for the rich. They enjoyed the convenience of the world with the money they got, or to

expand their groups. Practitioners were only commodities in these links.

This was what the world of martial arts was like, and the chivalrous spirit no longer existed.

"Good and evil deeds would eventually pay off. That guy died of being greedy, didn't he?" Finn said.

"Perhaps. But after his death, there soon appears another monk, who perhaps will be more vicious and

inhuman."

The man looked very pessimistic. Finn was silent. When he could not feel the pain of others, all

persuasion would be in vain.

Soon the three people were out of the desert and went back on the edge of the city.

"I can only take you here," said the man.

Behind them was the bus stop, which would take them into the city center. If they arrived earlier, they

could catch the nearest train back into the hills where Sienna lived.

"What's your future plan? Now that Cruz is dead and your revenge has come to an end, you can leave

such a desolate place. If you like, I can help you find a place to live in Yanchin," said Finn as the man

prepared to leave.

But he refused.

"I've got used to it. If I left, I might not get used to the new life."

"As for the future, I think I will try my best to make the desert a cleaner place. Maybe I am not powerful

enough, but I am willing to make my own efforts," the man smiled.

Finn admired him. At least he was a man who was willing to fight for his wish.

"I want to go somewhere before I go back," said Sienna to Finn.

Finn was a bit surprised. Sienna had been silent since she left that place, walking in front alone and

ignoring Finn and the other man.

But Finn didn't expect that she would take to him.

"It's somewhere near?" asked Finn curiously.

"Yes." Sienna nodded.

"Do you want me to go with you?" he asked again.

Sienna gave him a strange look before saying, "Are you stronger than me?"

Finn just asked out of kindness, but it seemed that he had offended Sienna.

Finn almost thought Sienna was a nice person to get along with because of her silence during the trip.

"No, I just..." Finn immediately apologized.

"It doesn't matter whether you go with me or not, but you may as well come with me," Sienna chimed

in.

As it turned out, Finn still had to accompany her, though it was more of a forced companion.

Driving in a car rented from the dealership, Finn took a look at Sienna who had always been silent. He

wanted to ask where they were going, but he dared not.novelbin

Every time the wind flew by, it would bring a large amount of sand. When the sand landed, he could

see someone in the distance with a few cows slowly walking by.

After driving down the road for another hour, Finn couldn't help asking, "You got to tell me where to go.

If I keep driving like this, I'm afraid we'll end up in another city."

Sienna gave him a cold look.

"I'll let you know when we get there."

Afraid of her gaze, Finn could only shut up and keep driving.

After ten minutes, Sienna finally spoke, "Go in here."

"But it doesn't look like there's a road here." asked Finn, puzzled.

But Sienna didn't respond to him.

It wasn't long before they saw a village in the middle of a desolate country.

At the crossroads of the village stood an old man, hunching his back. As he heard a car coming from a

distance, he raised his head with some difficulty.

Finn asked as he pulled up beside the old man.

"What is this place, Sir?"

Since Sienna didn't tell him, Finn had to ask someone else.

The old man looked up at Finn, opening his toothless mouth and said,

"It is Ymenar Village. Who are you?!"

The man was very old, but he spoke with a sonorous voice, which startled Finn.

"Oh, thank you, sir. We're here on a trip and visit around."

"Are you looking for Rocco? He is not at home now. He's in the city."

Finn didn't know how the old man knew they were looking for Rocco Yang, but he smiled and thanked

him.

"You're not really looking for Rocco, are you?" Finn asked as they entered the village.

Just as Finn wanted to tell her that he was here for Rocco's dad, Sienna responded, "No."

"Who the hell are these two people that you have to come and find them yourself?"

But again, this question, like so many that had been asked before, was ignored.

Finn shut up again. He didn't say anything, but stopped his car in an open space in the village.

He didn't know where Rocco's house was. He thought Sienna would know, but she didn't seem to know

much about it either, perhaps it had been too long or the place had changed too much.

Several children ran up to Finn and Sienna, leaning on sticks.

"Are you from the outside places?" the fat boy asked Finn.

Finn, amused by the chubby figure, took a few candies from his car and delivered them to the children

and said, "If you can take this lady and me to Rocco, I will give you these candies."

The fat man looked at the candy in Finn's hand eagerly. Another child next to him offered to help.

"I know where his house is. I'll take you there. Can you give me one more candy?"

But as he said so, it immediately dissatisfied the little fat boy.

"I know, too. I can take you there."

Finn laughed. "All right, one candy for each."

Sienna gave Finn a strange look.

"You are not a good man."

Finn paused, not knowing why Sienna said that.

As he wanted to ask what it meant, Sienna was already following the kids away.

So he had to quickly follow up. They were already in the village, so they soon found the Rocco's house.

After turning several corners, the child told Finn that they had arrived.
