Chapter 4009

The round token was the one that was given to them by the masked caretakers when they entered theRadiant Hall.

At that moment, the round token was heating up.

Suddenly, the number nine appeared on it.

Jack raised an eyebrow. Just as he thought, the points were very useful.

When the Radiant Hall closed, those points could be used to exchange for priceless treasures. If theywere not useful, then they would not be recorded on the round token. After all, the round token kepttrack of the identities of each participant.

Jack kept the round token and turned around to face the others.

At that moment, he was no longer being looked at with interest and curiosity, but complete awe andfear.

When Jack turned around, quite a few of the warriors that were looking at Jack looked away, not daringto face him.

Someone even started to mumble, "I've finally met a warrior at the peak..."

Warriors at the peak were absolute gods in the eyes of regular warriors. Every time they heard aboutwarriors at the peak, they got incredibly interested.

Most of the regular warriors who entered the Radiant Hall dreamt of being a warrior at the peak. Theyentered because they wanted to change their destinies and become an icon of admiration.

Even though becoming a warrior at the peak was their dream, most of them would never have thechance to meet one in their lives. After all, warriors at the peak did not just appear anywhere.

Only a small minority of the warriors in the Whirling World could stand at the peak.

Warriors at the peak made up for less than a thousandth of the warriors there. Furthermore, thosewarriors were mostly gathered at Toman City, and would not mix around with regular warriors. So, theregular warriors were only able to talk about these warriors at the peak, but never got to meet one.

That was the first time most of those participants saw a warrior at the peak.

They were full of admiration, and there was some fear in their hearts as well. All those complicatedemotions were present.

Jerald clenched his teeth. It was not the first time he met a warrior at the peak, but it was the first timehe saw the gap between him and one of them.

It was the same test, but all he managed to do was light up the fourth energy vortex, getting it to aquarter of the way.

A warrior at the peak actually managed to fill up all nine of them. After doing that, he showed no signsof exhaustion at all. Instead, he looked like he had a lot more in the tank.

Compared to how exhausting it had been for Jerald, it was a completely different situation. He wasfilled with admiration by that fact alone and wanted to become one of them even more.

He sighed lightly as he said in a low voice, "Is this a warrior at the peak? So, warriors at the peak arethis powerful."

Mason widened his eyes as he stared right at Jack. He was no less emotional than anyone there.

It had been risky for him to sign up at the Radiant Hall. He had put his life on the line to change his owndestiny. He wanted to break through and become a warrior at the peak that everyone admired.

When he saw a warrior at the peak in person, Mason was so excited that his heart started to beatrapidly. He swore to himself that he had to become a warrior at the peak!

He would make all those who looked down on him change their mind!novelbin

Gulden, in particular, had mocked him so much without any reservations before. Even though Masonhad remained silent, he took a lot of offense at the things that were said.

Everything that happened earlier was deeply etched into Mason's mind.
