Chapter 1813

Simon quickly sat up from his bed after he was surprised by what she had said. “You’re leaving? Whereare you going? Is it for leisure or for work?”

Sally still didn’t have a clear plan mapped out just yet. All she knew at that moment was that the firststep to her plan was to leave this place.

While she had been in the midst of planning it out, Ian actually crossed her mind. novelbin

Back then, Ian left the house to live on his own as he was unhappy at home and they had even madefun of him for acting sanctimonious. However, now that Sally thought about it again, she realized thatIan made the right choice. They could only become themselves by leaving this place. If they didn’tleave, they would be stuck as a part of the Morgan Family and would never be able to escape thismess.

On the other hand, Simon frowned before he mumbled, “Why would you leave? How are you going tosurvive on your own when you don’t even know anyone?”

Still, Sally didn’t have time for that anymore. She just wanted to be like Ian and leave this place as soonas possible. Why couldn’t she go out and make a name for herself when Ian could do so?

Nevertheless, Sally didn’t say anything else and left the room after asking Simon to rest well. Afterleaving Simon’s room, she went downstairs as she didn’t have anywhere else to go.

Sean had already gone to rest, so the butler was downstairs cleaning the space together with theservants. As they were in the midst of deep cleaning, all of the furniture, even the ones that were rarely

used, was covered with anti-dust cloth.

Although nothing was liquidated yet, Sally felt that everything was already over. Then, she left the livingroom as she felt uncomfortable.

Many people had arrived during Bryce’s funeral. Although all of them were polite and educated, therewere too many of them, so there were bound to be accidents. For example, all of the plants in thebackyard were stamped flat. The butler probably figured that it was too unsightly, so he asked theservant to remove all of the plants in the backyard.

Sally walked toward the backyard. She could still recall when there was still a shed here. It was hard forher to believe that the entire family had fallen apart because of one person. Throughout all these years, the family would have already fallen apart if it weren’t for Bryce.

Initially, Sally wasn’t close to him due to his circumstances with Leah, so it was natural for her to becloser to Leah since Leah had defended and protected them for many years.

Standing at the empty backyard, Sally pursed her lips and took a few deep breaths before she startedcrying out of nowhere. All of these probably wouldn’t have happened if I grew up in a normalhousehold.

On the other hand, after Cindy and Ian finished their meal, they bought a takeout meal for Aurora andleft. However, Aurora wasn’t at home when they arrived home.

When Cindy didn’t receive any replies from Aurora after calling out a few times, she went to Aurora’sroom to check on her before realizing that Aurora had gone out.

Immediately, Cindy became worried and contacted Aurora. Nevertheless, Aurora answered the callwithin a few rings and asked before Cindy could say anything, “Are you guys back home yet? I cameout for a walk, but I’ll head back now if you guys are home.”

Not long after the call ended, Aurora was back. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary from herappearance as her hair was let loose behind her back, covering the injury behind her ear.

At the same time, Ian didn’t notice Aurora as he was still engaged in a call with Logan. Then, Aurorawalked toward Cindy before speaking with a soft voice, “It’s been really long since I last fought anyone. Now that I’m old, my entire body hurts after that mini fight yesterday.”

Cindy felt like laughing. “Are you sure you’re not in pain because you were beaten up as well?”

When Aurora heard that, she glared at Cindy as her desire to win overcame her. “How is that evenpossible? That b*tch couldn’t even return a punch as I was whacking her the entire time.”

“Alright, alright.” Cindy nodded knowingly. “I get it. You’re the best.”

While Aurora went to eat, Cindy turned to head back to her room while Ian was still on the call withLogan.
