Chapter 1523

His initial intention was to give her a few days off so that the two of them could have their ownbreathing space for a while and slowly forget about their so-called ‘habit’. However, the situation wasnow becoming more annoying for him instead.

Ian pursed his lips and sighed.

When he was asleep, he somehow dreamed about Sophia although it had been a long time since hehad a dream about her.

In Ian’s dream yesterday night, Sophia and John carried their child and came over to visit him.

It was actually a blurry dream whereby he couldn’t recall most of the details; all he could rememberwas how the couple showed off their relationship to him.

In fact, Ian previously had similar dreams to last night’s one before.

He remembered that he would feel depressed for a long time the next day when he woke up from thedreams.

Although he knew that his dreams were from his subconscious mind, he still felt uncomfortable.

However, when he woke up earlier this morning, he realized that he couldn’t remember much about thedream. Even now that he managed to recall the dream, he wasn’t upset by it.

Humans would eventually move on from their pain—it wasn’t because they had been saved by anyone,

but because they had seen the light. At least this was what Ian believed.

Messy thoughts ran wild in his head before he finally got out of bed to head to the bathroom.

While he was taking his shower, what Aurora had said to him earlier crossed his mind.

Ian remembered reading a few articles about Gary before. If memory serves me right, Gary’s abachelor in his thirties, he thought. On top of that, one of the articles he had read detailed Gary’scriteria in choosing a partner. Gary had revealed that he was slowly taking his time to search for apartner whom he had chemistry with.

On top of that, one of the articles he had read detailed Gary’scriteria in choosing a partner. Gary had revealed that he was slowly taking his time to search for apartner whom he had chemistry with.

In other words, he’s currently single and doesn’t even have a girlfriend. Ian couldn’t help but snortinwardly. Anyway, whether Cindy and Gary would end up together has nothing to do with me at all. However, if they end up being a couple, she would be able to continue pursuing her dreams with Gary’ssupport, which might be a good thing for her. Yes, it is good for her indeed. He involuntarily nodded athis own thoughts.

After taking his shower, Ian changed into his bathrobe and exited the bathroom. Since it was alreadynight and he couldn’t fall asleep soon, he grabbed his phone and went online.

The company had already posted a statement in his name to answer to the video that two fans haduploaded earlier that day.

Instead of reproving his fans, the statement mainly urged the fans to be more sensible and pay moreattention to their own lives. As everyone had different preferences, he hoped that the public could givehim some space and respect his choices.

Ian went through the comments and found that they were mostly positive comments as most of thenetizens supported him.

Most of his fans were sensible and even if there were some radical ones, they merely scolded the twogirls who posted the video.

All in all, most of his fans were supportive toward him and Cindy’s behavior.

Ian pursued part of the comments with his lips pressed together before he exited the website.

The support that he received from his fans not only brought advantages but drawbacks as well—if hewere to break up with Cindy in the future, the support that he received now would turn into reproachand criticisms.

After a while, Ian logged into the game and unexpectedly found that both Cindy and Naomi wereonline. Their profiles illustrated that they had been in a match for more than ten minutes.

As such, he didn’t join a match and waited for them instead.

When the women’s match ended a couple of minutes, Cindy immediately invited him over to the team, which he unhesitantly joined.

Naomi, who had turned on her mic, guffawed and exclaimed, “I knew that Ian will be online.” novelbin

Cindy chimed in, her voice impassive, “Wow, you are intelligent to actually know about this.”

After she snorted, Naomi spoke to Ian, “Ian, did you intentionally come to look for us because youexpected that we would be online?”

He pretended not to hear her and kept quiet.

However, she added, “Or, is it because you have been online for quite some time but you didn’t enterany match because you were waiting for our invitation?”
