Chapter 920 A Surprise

Chapter 920 A Surprise

So, she said nothing more.

Archie asked her, "Aren't you playing cards? What are you doing here? Are you done?"

Natalia said, "The poker game is over. We're all feeling a little hungry, and we're looking for a late-night

snack, so I came by to ask if you guys are hungry, and if you are, we'll tell the cook to make more."

Archie did not hurry to answer, but looked at Felix and Charlie Peck.

She had no idea what Felix had been doing, but sweat broke out on his head. "I'll have some." he said,

wiping his sweat on a towel.

Charlie Peck nodded, "Me, too."

Natalia replied, "Okay. I'll tell them."

Then she turned and went inside.

But before she had taken a few steps, Felix stopped her.

"Wait!"novelbin

Natalia looked back at him, "What?"

Felix said with a smile, "When you get there later, tell Queeny I need to see her."

Natalia raised her eyebrows.

Her eyes darted inquiringly over Felix's face, not knowing what he was trying to do, but she nodded.

When she left, she went straight to the kitchen.

Their midnight snack was simple shrimp dumplings, fresh and light, just in time for the season.

She asked Natalia when she entered, "What did they say? Do they want to have some?"

Natalia nodded, "Well, they all want to eat. You can ask them to make more."

Queeny nodded, "Oh, I see."

With that, she turned to talk to cook.

Natalia remained standing by as she was talking to the cook.

When she had finished, she said again, "By the way, Felix wants you to go out and see him. He says

he needs to talk to you."

Queeny stared at her in surprise.

"Me? For what?"

Natalia said with a half-smile, "Who knows?"

She said, and then a mischievous smile came into her eyes as if she had suddenly remembered

something.

"He may have some surprise for you, so go ahead, or it won't be there if you're late."

Queeny paused and smiled,

"No way. He's not the romantic type."

But despite her words, she quickened her pace and walked back into the garden.

Natalia was curious and naturally followed her.

On the way there, she met Victoria again. "What are you doing?" Victoria asked curiously as they

hurried along.

Natalia said, "Watch the fun."

The fun?

Victoria was stunned, then jumped off the sofa immediately.

"What fun?"

As a result, what should have been just two people at the beginning of the scene suddenly flooded in

many people.

They went out onto the grass in the back garden. Where they had expected Felix to be waiting for

them, they arrived to find the garden empty and empty.

Not only was Felix missing, but Archie and Charlie Peck were also missing.

Natalia froze in surprise.

Queeny said, "Lia, you said he wanted to talk to me. Where is he?"

Natalia shook her head in bewilderment, "I don't know. They were over there in the cloister, and then

they disappeared."

At that moment a low voice rang out in the castle.

"Queeny, you take 20 steps ahead."

Everyone was stunned.

They turned their heads and realized that the sound had come from the second floor.

They looked up and saw Felix standing alone on the second-floor terrace, looking down at them. He

had in his hand something like a microphone or a trumpet through which the sound was amplified.

At this point, Natalia's brain suddenly lit up. Her eyes lit up as she remembered something.

Regardless of Queeny was willing or not, she pushed Queeny a step forward and hurried back down

the corridor with Victoria in tow.

Queeny hadn't reacted yet.

On the terrace of the second floor, the man's eyes were deep, and when he looked at her, he seemed

to see her heart through her eyes.

Her heart gave a small, involuntary throb.

For some reason, her heart beat suddenly fast up.

She pursed her lips and took twenty steps forward, as he had told her.

It was a more open meadow, and there was nothing about it. Not only was there no one, there was not

even a lamp.

She noticed then that the garden was strangely dark tonight.

There should have been street lamps everywhere, but tonight they were all unlighted, and she felt as if

she were in a great darkness.

Queeny was afraid. It was a familiar place, but her own fear of the dark was a little heightened by her

uneasiness in feeling that something was about to happen.

However, he apparently didn't keep her waiting long.

Felix said in a hushed voice, "Go!"

As soon as he said that, with a hoot, the surrounding light up instantly.

It was not the light of a single lamp, but thousands of them, flying straight up from the surface of the

earth.

Many even flew right past her and into the air.

Startled, Queeny looked up and saw that it was a huge image of numerous small drones hovering in

the sky.

The picture was...

Her heart was shocked!

The multicolored lights arranged at random until they formed a picture. And it was the scene of her first

meeting with Felix when she was eight years old.

Felix's deep, melodramatic voice came from overhead.

"We met when you were eight. At that time, we were all children, and we never thought that there

would be so many fetters and cares in our future life."

"I remembered the day I first met you, you had two little pigtails. You were small, but you spoke with a

swagger, and you had a lot of ideas. You told me that you were the granddaughter of the dean, and I

was his apprentice. Rounding it down, we were brother and sister. I said I didn't want to be your

brother."

"You were upset and you were crying. Although I was very calm on the surface, but I was very panic.

That was the first time I knew how easy it was for girls to cry."

He smiled gently, as if recalling something long in the past.

Those beautiful pictures were like the most delicious wine in the world. They had been deposited in our

memory, and as time passed, they became more and more fragrant.

With another hoot, the little point of light in the sky suddenly changed and became another picture.
