Perhaps Sammy had never been ignored like this before. She was about to lose her temper when
Sierra was invited in.

Kelsey replied, "Miss Noland, didn't you say that you were sick and you couldn't make it?"
"So what?" Sierra frowned at her, "Miss Parker, do you think that just anyone can replace me?"
"That's right!" Sammy said, "If just anyone can show up here, what about Sierra? She just looks a little
like Sierra, but she really thinks she's a star? A peasant is still a peasant, no matter what!"
"Get out of here if you don't know decent manners!" Kelsey was furious. "Roberts Group wants a
spokesperson who's polite, honest, and humble, not a petty person who has a pretty but good-for-
nothing face."
"Who are you calling good-for-nothing?" Sammy stopped holding back. She started arguing with Kelsey
angrily, "You're just the director of the marketing department. Do you really think you're important? Onenovelbin

Kelsey almost burst out laughing, "One word from Sierra and I'm out? What is this? When did the
Roberts Group become Sierra's? Why didn't I know about this?"
"Am I wrong? Sierra and Mr. Roberts have been together for so many years. Who do you think you are,
to act so atrociously here?" Sammy's words were rather reserved, but everyone could tell that she
meant Sierra had a good relationship with Hendrix.
Although the onlookers didn't like Sierra very much, when they heard this, most people knew that they
couldn't afford to offend Sierra.
Kelsey, with her tough personality, felt that her words were ridiculous. She looked at Sierra sarcastically
and said, "Sammy doesn't seem to know the exact relationship between you and Mr. Roberts. Don't
you know yourself, Miss Sierra?"
