Rita gave it to mewhen she was undergoing treatment in the hospital. She said it was her mom's diary. She gave it tome."
"Sonia's diary?" Hendrix echoed.
I nodded. Seeing him turning the pages, I leaned over to take a look as well. It was just a diarywritten by someone who had passed away. There seemed to be nothing interesting in there to readabout at all. After all, it was all in the past and there was no point dwelling on it.
"I don't think I should read it. After all, the person who wrote it has passed away. I will give this diaryback to Sonia's mother some other day. After all, it is her daughter's possession. I think she'd like tohave it back as a memory of her daughter!" I said.
