Chapter 1484

Aaron frowned and said grumpily, "Just deal with it the way it should be dealt. If she is not dead, send her to the hospital. If she is dead, call mortuary to take her away. I think she'd appreciate that."

After that, he got into my car.

My expression was similar to that of the security guard, which was bewildered.

However, I didn't say anything, but just glanced at Eunice, who was struggling in the pool. She wasreally being an embarrassment. I didn't know how she had the guts to jump into the pool on such acold day.

It must've been freezing!

In the car.

I couldn't help looking at Aaron and said, "You..."novelbin

He suddenly stared at me and replied, "Uncle Charles has arranged a blind date for me. It's in theafternoon. Please help me check it out when we have our meal later. If she's a suitable mate, I'llarrange for the wedding to be prepared."

I was stunned and didn't understand what he was trying to say. I looked at him blankly and saidafter a while, "You have a blind date later?"

He nodded and said, "She's a friend of Uncle Charles and about your age. She's been marriedbefore, but has no children. Uncle Charles asked me to meet her."

I was confused. "Why did you want us to come with you when you are going on a blind date?" Ithought he had really been kind enough to invite us for a meal. It turned out that he just wantedHendrix and me to tag along as third wheels!

He shrugged and replied, "You know that I'm not interested in these things, and I'm not good atanalyzing people. Please help me. If she's suitable, I'll prepare a wedding. It's a marriage after all,we need to be a good match."

It seemed like he had completely given up on his need for love. What he wanted now was to findsomeone who could be his wife in name.

After thinking for a while, I said to him, "Aaron, you should wait a few days more. You still needsome time to heal. You can go on a blind date after thinking about what kind of wife you want. If youdon't take responsibility for yourself, you are not being fair to that woman either."

He frowned and said, "You're really weird. You didn't like Eunice, and you think I'm irresponsiblewhen I go on a blind date. What do you want me to do? I've already missed my chance at a goodrelationship. Do you think I can still find a good woman to settle down with?"

I frowned and was a little startled. I could tell that he was submerged in self-doubt and guilt. "So,you don't think I should interfere in your personal affairs?" I asked.

He pursed his lips with a pained expression. He looked at me and said sadly, "I'm sorry, I didn'tmean what I said just now, but I really don't know what to do. I'm completely confused now. I don'tknow what to do at all. I'd lost the most important person in my life. I'm a mess now."

I sighed. I couldn't bear to watch the painful look on his face and glanced at Hendrix helplessly. Hewas staring at me with a comforting look. He said calmly, "Let's wait and have a look later. Most ofthe things in life are meant to be. It's fate. We just need to let it be."

Since when did this person become so zen?

However, what he said was somewhat reasonable. There was no other way to go about this.

After calming down for a while, I looked at Aaron and said, "Aaron, since Uncle Charles had alreadyarranged the blind date for you, you should take it seriously. You should be respectful and polite toher. Don't be careless. Even if you don't like her, you should still be a gentleman."
