Chapter 1161

His eyes narrowed in displeasure. "Arianna, I've said it before, don't lie to me. I don't like it!"

I looked at him and sneered. "Lie to you? Who was lying to who? Hendrix, I want to ask. When Iwas in the morgue that night. Where were you? Who were you with?"

He pursed his lips and was a little unhappy. "Why are you bringing this up?"

I laughed and said, "Why can't I? You're still talking about yesterday's affairs. You can talk about thepast, but I can't?" I didn't know why I was angry, but I felt uncomfortable at the thought of him andAndrea that night. I thought that he had sent over the crabs because was busy with work. I wassuch a fool. He and Andrea were together while I was waiting for him at home.

He took a deep breath and was obviously not very happy. "Arianna, do we really have tocommunicate like this?"

"We don't need to communicate!" Since no one was willing to talk, then it was better to keep silent. After all, the silence was not a big deal.

I turned over, irritated. I was full of anger, and I couldn't vent. It was really uncomfortable to hold

back my anger, and I couldn't fall asleep.

I noticed his hand moving to touch me and got angrier. I pushed the quilt off me and sat up frombed. Glaring at him, I said, "Mr Roberts, if you need a woman, why not call Miss Burton. She wouldbe very willing to serve you. If you don't want to call, I don't mind calling her for you!"novelbin

I picked up the phone and called Andrea. Hendrix looked at me with a pair of dark eyes filled withhostility and coldness. "What are you talking about, Arianna?"

"I'll find you a person who can satisfy you!" I said. The phone rang a few times, and Andreaanswered it. "What's the matter?"

"As you wished, Miss Burton, Hendrix needs you at this time. Please come to our house. If youneed money, I will transfer it to you!" I was too angry and had no filter.

On the other end of the phone, was stunned silence. Then she got angry. "Arianna, what are youdoing? There is a bottom line when insulting people, okay?"

"Is the money not enough?" I sneered. "He's been giving you money for years. Isn't that enough foryou to spend a night with him? Didn't you say that you love him? Why can't you come if he needsyou now?"

"Arianna, you..." I didn't hear what else she had to say because the phone disappeared from myhand and was thrown to the ground by Hendrix. It smashed into pieces on the ground!

Our gaze locked, anger in both our eyes. He was good at hiding his emotions, but at that point, hecouldn't tamp down the expression of anger on his face.

"Ha!" He suddenly scoffed. "Why did you insult her? Come at me if you're angry. If you don't wantme to touch you, you can tell me directly. What did she do to you that you'd hurt her so viciously?"

"You're feeling sorry for her?" I looked at him without the slightest bit of fear. "Hendrix, you're stillfeeling sorry for her. Did I do something wrong? Isn't what you need most right now her warm andsoft body? What? Do you dislike me for exposing the fact that you've been hiding your feelings forher for so many years? What am I? Hendrix? Am I the substitute you can have? Or a tool you useto express your feelings for what you can't have?"
