Chapter 829

Bradley had spent the past six months searching for Esther without success. Instead, he stumbledupon Felix. To his surprise, Steffan and Xara were the ones raising Felix.novelbin

Bradley’s sudden arrival caught everyone by surprise.

Gabriel had contacted Esther only to ask her to come to him upon learning of Bradley’s visit to theSandersons.

Although it was common knowledge that Esther would eventually meet Bradley, there was anunspoken agreement among them to delay this meeting for as long as possible.

Bradley entered the Sandersons with an aggressive demeanor.

“Sir, may I see your invitation?” the doorman requested.

Bradley’s expression remained icy, with the night breeze tousling his silver hair.

“Please inform Steffan that I am Felix’s biological father,” he stated.

The doorman humbly said, “Sir, please wait.”

He conveyed Bradley’s arrival to Steffan, causing Xara to nervously scan the room.

“Why is he here? What if he finds Esther…” Xara fretted.

Steffan reassured her, embracing her slender waist and stating confidently, “This is the Sandersons, not the Warners. If I can’t protect Esther here, then I’ve lived all these years in vain!”

“No!” Xara sighed, expressing her concern, “It’s not about whether we can protect her. I’m worried thathe’ll disrupt Jacob’s birthday party.”

In reality, Xara and the others understood that Esther was still herself. However, they also hoped shecould be free from her past pain despite the seeming contradiction.

“Don’t worry. I’ve got this,” Steffan assured her.

“Go meet him first,” Xara suggested nervously. “I’ll find out where Esther is. They can’t meet right now.”

“Alright,” Steffan agreed without argument.

Seeing Steffan heading towards the door, Xara took a deep breath to quell her anxiety and approachedAgatha. She looked around and asked, “Dr. Foster, where is Esther?”

“She had something to take care of, so she left earlier,” Agatha informed her.

Xara was relieved. “She left? When did she leave?”

“It’s been a while,” Agatha replied. “What’s wrong?”

Xara leaned closer to Agatha and said helplessly, “Bradley’s here.”

Agatha remained silent. It was no wonder that Gabriel had asked for Esther. from meeting there, primarily to avoid disrupting Jacob’s birthday party.

“I think he’s here for Felix.”

Felix overheard Xara’s words and looked at her.

Sunshine, acting as Felix’s interpreter, asked, “Who’s here for Felix?”

Xara decided not to keep the truth from Felix. Bradley was already at their doorstep, and Felix wouldfind out sooner or later. It was better to tell the child directly rather than let him be taken by surprise.

“Felix’s father is here.”

Today was Jacob’s birthday, and as his father, Steffan was impeccably dressed. He was a top-tiertycoon, exuding boundless charm as he approached Bradley under the moonlight and dazzling lights.

“Mr. Sanderson.”

“Mr. Warner.”
