Chapter 592

Chapter 592

Esther’s body shivered uncontrollably from the intense cold.

“Esther, I’ll ask you one last time. Where else did Jasper touch you?” Brad’s voice was firm.

Tears streamed down her face as Esther replied softly, “Just my hair…”

Bradley’s anger flared even more upon hearing her evasive answer. He quickly shoved his phonescreen before her eyes. “What do you see here?”

A curtain of cold water seemed to wash over her as she looked at the image on the screen. It was aphoto of her in a cafe, being consoled by Jasper. She had never imagined Bradley would discover sucha picture.

“Brad, let me explain!”

Bradley slammed the handheld showerhead onto the floor, causing it to shatter. Cold water sprayedwildly around the small bathroom, intensifying the icy tension in his dark eyes.

“Explain?” His menacing gaze fixed on Esther’s face. In a swift motion, he tore her fine clothing intopieces. “Lies! All lies!”

Esther shivered from the cold, but Bradley showed no mercy. He cornered her in the bathtub andlathered her body with shower gel. “Esther, how dare you come before me smelling of another man!”

Driven by jealousy and possessiveness, Bradley lost all sense of reason. He emptied an entire bottle ofshower gel over her, and the foamy bubbles quickly filled the bathtub.

Esther felt utterly powerless, like a fish out of water.

Bradley was determined to wash away every trace of another man from her body. He submerged her inthe freezing water until she lost consciousness.

“Esther, stop pretending!”

He slapped her pale face, causing her to slide back into the icy water. Panic surged through him. Hequickly pulled her out and

carried her back to the bed.

Instinctively, he started CPR.

Esther showed no response.

After an agonizing ten minutes, her body began to quiver as she regained consciousness. The firstthing she saw was Bradley’s chilling gaze, tinged with a shade of red.

“Brad,” she managed to utter, her voice frail.

His fist hovered near her face but stopped short, landing with a thud on the pillow beside her ear.

“Esther, if you ever lie to me again!”

She gripped his arms firmly. “Brad, there won’t be a next time. Please believe me.”

In her mind, she reasoned that Bradley’s uncontrolled fury must be due to his illness. “Brad, trust me,there won’t be a next time!”

He handed her phone back to her.

Confused, she took it and asked, “What’s going on?”novelbin

“Block Jasper immediately,” he commanded.
