Chapter 534

Perhaps if Agatha were there, their child could still be saved…

Bradley’s pain made him lose his grip, and his brows showed his extreme displeasure. He snapped ather, “Esther, what are you up to?”

Esther was panting heavily, her eyes filling with tears as she begged, “Brad, the hospital… Our child…”

She didn’t know what was in the candy that man had given her. All she knew was that she had to doeverything she could to save this child.

“Esther, stop pretending to be virtuous!” Bradley’s lips met Esther’s again, his presence like adorninating force boldly surrounding her.

Esther felt like a trapped fish, unable to resist. Her pleas and struggles were in vain.

After a while, Esther sensed a faint life slipping away from her body. She looked down and saw herpalm stained bright red with blood. She stared at the blood on her pale fingertips and laughedsorrowfully. Its own father had killed the child she had fought so hard to save.

She raised her bloody hand to Bradley’s eyes and said, “Bradley.” Her eyes were filled with profoundsadness.

Bradley’s blood ran cold at the sight of Esther’s blood.novelbin

“Congratulations, you’ve killed your own child.”

Only then did Bradley truly understand that Esther was pregnant. He looked down at her with aburning, terrifying anger in his eyes. “Esther, were you really pregnant?”

Esther, her hand still smeared with blood, gently placed it on her stomach and said coldly andscornfully, “Now… It’s probably gone.”

Perhaps this was fate. The child she had failed to save despite all her efforts.

Now…

A wordless grief swelled in Esther’s heart. Her eyes turned red, and tears streamed down her face.

Bradley reached out and grabbed Esther’s arm, his voice threatening. “Esther, did you hide the fact thatyou were pregnant because of our divorce?”

“Yes.”

The blood had turned Esther’s mermaid dress as beautiful as a rose.

Bradley’s hand shot up in anger, but Esther faced him defiantly, her voice filled with scorn. “The child isgone. Are you satisfied now?”

Bradley let Esther go, and she crumpled to the floor like a broken doll. Bright red blood flowedceaselessly around her.

Esther’s eyes filled with despair as she gazed up at the intricate patterns above her. Her body shookwith heart-wrenching sobs of pain.

When she felt on the brink of despair, Bradley appeared like a ray of hope. Yet, the very man who hadgiven her hope had also pushed her into an irreparable hell.

Bradley tore Esther’s heart into countless fragments, burdening it with the weight of her love. Hereyelids grew heavy as she struggled to imprint the image of the man she had once deeply loved in hermind and heart.

Fear consumed Bradley. He stared at the blood-soaked woman before him, his vision blurring and hismind sending him sharp jolts. His heart ached until it was numb.

Mechanically, he lurched forward, his hands frantically patting Esther’s face.

“Esther Quill! I command you! Wake up right now!”
