Oliver raised his gaze, questioning, “What’s wrong with Esther?”
“Mr. Quill, Esther fainted.”
Oliver’s demeanor cooled. “Esther, your health is crucial. After Felix’s surgery, I’ll take you to Capitus.”
Capitus offered the best care, top doctors, and the Quills’ support. Bradley wouldn’t dare trouble Estherthere, at least not easily.
“Uncle Oliver, I’ll wait until the divorce lawsuit ends before going to Capitus.”
