Felicity appeared to be pleasantly surprised. “Are you serious, Mr. Yarde? Can you really make themreal masters?”

Kayson considered for a moment and said, “I think they will need to train for a few months. If someoneis teaching them, perhaps they will be able to get accustomed to master–level skills in a few days.”
Felicity beamed with joy. “I can spend some time training them, but I will need your help to advancethem to masters, Mr. Yarde!”

Otherwise, a late– or even a peak –level master would be
adequate for a vice–captain under normal circumstances. A captain would need to be a mid–levelgrandmaster.
