Kayson took a look at his wound and said, “I‘ll give you something to stop the bleeding and the pain.”

Kayson nodded and said, “Let‘s go.”

Felix did not say anything and followed him this time.

He got to his feet and followed Kayson to the small town.

Qiana and the rest did not dare stop them. Lily gnashed her teeth and snarled, “What the hell is wrongwith that guy?”

Qiana stared at Kayson‘s figure as a myriad of emotions flashed in her eyes.

‘Finn is an inner energy fighter, yet he stood no chance against

him at all. Just who the hell is he? Why is he so strong?‘

“The fighters guarding the mountain are gone...”

Qiana said, “There was a thunderstorm on top of the mountain just now. It was pretty scary, so I guesswe shouldn‘t go up there anymore.”

Lily had seen the thunderstorm too, and since Finn was unconscious, she did not have the guts to goup there anymore.

She said, “You‘re right. Let‘s take Finn back to town. Then, we‘ll get someone to get rid of Kayson andthat f*cker!”

Qiana did not say anything in return. She lowered her head and fell into contemplation.

Kayson had gotten quite a few high–quality herbs on his way down the mountain, so he used them tohelp Felix tend to his wound.

When Felix saw the Lightning Wood, he got excited and said,“ Thank you very much, Mr. Yarde! Justname a price. I won‘t take your Lighting Wood for nothing!”

Kayson smiled. “Just take it. This Lightning Wood is no use to me now.”

Felix shook his head and said sternly, “No, Mr. Yarde. I can‘t just take it like that. It‘s a valuableobject...”

“If you don‘t want it, I‘m throwing it in the rubbish.”

“Ah! Don‘t! I‘ll take it!”

Felix felt a lot of gratitude for Kayson. He had not wasted his

time by coming to Mount Violighting, and it must have been fate that had led him to Kayson.

“Go get a room next to mine. I‘ll tend to your wound shortly.”

Felix said, “Only the hospital can handle a wound like this. There is only one hospital in town. I‘ll gothere later.”

After saying that, he shook his head and sighed. “My bones are crushed. I can‘t use my left armanymore.”

Kayson sat on the couch and pulled out the Evergreen Seed. He was going to extract the energy insideof the seed.

Very soon, the entire room was filled with a mist of green energy. If one looked from a distance, it wouldfeel like Kayson was sitting inside a poisonous mist.

When all of the energy disappeared , Kayson opened his eyes.

“Finally!”

Kayson opened his palm and a glob of green energy that looked like fire hovered over his palm. Hethen got to his feet and went to Felix‘s room next door.
