Chapter 577

Chapter 577 Carried Her

The atmosphere seemed to be in a deadlock for a moment.

Rosalie looked at the little boys who stood still for a long time and felt embarrassed.

She thought that Byron had already returned to the hotel with Estie.

Even if Lucian went to find someone for help, it should just be a stranger.

She never expected that he would bring Byron.

She wanted to be brave, but the little boys did not give her this chance and left her hanging.

For a while, no one moved.

Rosalie gritted her teeth secretly with one hand on the ground as she tried to stand up by himself. 1

Seemingly aware of her intentions, Byron cast a gaze on her that was mixed with a touch ofdispleasure.

Rosalie struggled to move.

The next second, the man moved.

Rosalie watched the man walk to her feet, lean over, and grab her ankle.

She instinctively wanted to hide, but it was too late. The man held her ankle and lifted her injured foot.Rosalie could even feel the tip of his finger brushing past her wound.

Rosalie instinctively retracted her foot, but the man just released his hand.

Just when she wanted to breathe a sigh of relief, Byron stood up and walked to her side. She did notknow what to expect, but she saw the man’s eyebrow twitching. He then raised his hand and took offhis jacket.

Rosalie frowned. “Thank you for your kindness, President Lawrence, but I’m not cold.”

Byron leaned over and draped his coat over her shoulders. “Miss Jacobs, you’re injured, and thechildren are already so worried. If you catch a cold again, I’m afraid Estie will cry even more.”

Rosalie opened her mouth, but she could not protest. However, in the next second, the man suddenlynarrowed the distance between them.

Rosalie clearly felt the man’s big hand on her waist. He immediately picked her up from the beach.

Rosalie instinctively raised her hand and grabbed the clothes on the man’s chest to stabilize herself.

“I can do it myself. If you can help me, I’ll just walk back.” When she came back to her senses, Rosalielowered her eyes and insisted.

She wanted to break free from the man’s arms as she said that.

The children were watching, she should not be so close to Byron.novelbin

The man obviously did not allow her to do what she intended.

Rosalie only felt the big hand on her waist tighten, and in the next second, his deep voice sounded inher ear. “Miss Jacobs, you’re a doctor. Aren’t you worried that your wound will get infected aftertouching the sand and seawater?”

Hearing this, the little boys became anxious first. Rosalie did not have time to react.

“Mommy, your feet can’t touch the ground!”

“Auntie…” Estie’s voice was full of tension.

Rosalie realized the little ones were so worried about her and did not seem to notice the intimacybetween the two of them, she hesitated for a moment.

The man’s coat was draped over her, and she was only wearing a thin shirt. In order to stabilize herself,Rosalie put one hand on the man’s chest, she could clearly feel the scalding temperature of the man’schest.

She did not know if that was an illusion, but the temperature seemed to be contagious. Even her facefelt slightly hot.

Byron almost carried her across the entire beach.

Rosalie felt the different gazes cast on them from all around.

There were even people discussing where the young passionate couple came from after seeing suchgrand gestures.

Aware of the commotion around, Rosalie instinctively shrank into the man’s arms, trying to hide.
