Chapter 445 Completely Out of Sight
Rosalie still felt somewhat distressed at the mention of Estie, and the smile on her face was reluctant.
Estie was unhappy because of her, but she could only let boys coax her instead.
Seeing Mommy’s expression, Lucian’s and Nox’s eyes darkened. Their little faces were filled with self-reproach. “Mommy, we’re sorry.”
Rosalie frowned in confusion as the two boys had suddenly apologized.
“You’re very tired every day. We shouldn’t be angry with you because of Little Estie.” Nox saidaffectionately, “Don’t worry, Mommy. We’ll try to make her happy in the future!”
Lucian echoed, “Mommy, you just concentrate on work. Leave Estie to us!”
Rosalie smiled with relief over the boys being so sensible. “Thank you, my darlings.”
Nox whispered again, “But it would be even better if you could go and see her.”
Afraid that he might push too much, he added with a smile, “It’s okay if you can’t. We’ll still help youtake care of Estie!”
Rosalie smiled and patted the little boy’s head, she watched them fall asleep, then got up and wentback to her room.
At the same time, in Lawrence Manor.
Estie had been unhappy since she came back from kindergarten.
Byron frowned when he saw the little girl’s expression.
After knowing that Rosalie would not be going abroad soon, the little girl’s mood improved. However,she became depressed again today for some unknown reason.
“What’s wrong?” Byron looked at the little one, puzzled.
Estie sullenly said, “Auntie…”

Estie stared at him suspiciously for a while, then slowly extended her tiny finger toward him and said, ”Pinky promise.”
Byron helplessly reached out and hooked his pinky finger with hers. The deal was done.
After Byron sent Estie back to her room, he thought about how she had cried so much when she wasdreaming the last time. He did not dare to leave immediately. He waited until the little one had fallenasleep before getting up and going out.
Standing outside of Estie’s room door, his face was stern and serious.
The little one was so reliant on Rosalie, but the woman was so cruel to the little one that she stayedcompletely out of sight.
If Estie knew what Rosalie had said to him that morning, he could not imagine how badly his little girlwould cry.
