Chapter 1978

Chapter 1978 Mature And Reserved

At the entrance of the hospital, a nurse was cooperating with the Health and Epidemic PreventionDepartment to maintain order.

She saw Andrius come to stabilize the ruckus. She filmed everything and posted it in the hospital’sgroup chat.

When Mary saw the scene, she was surprised.

What surprised her most was that Andrius said he was her representative. That made her heart poundwith joy.

She felt Byron must have told Andrius about what happened in the hospital.

However, Byron would never ask him to say that.

Did he think of saying that himself?

Immediately, Mary’s stress dissipated, and she was touched.

Byron answered Andrius’ call and knew he had calmed down the uproar. Moreover, Andrius’ arrival hadwarned reporters not to spread rumors because they knew who he was. Most of them reported aboutthe measurements the hospital was taking.

Andrius was still at the hospital gate, answering questions from the patients’ family members.novelbin

At the same time, Beatrice noticed Andrius. She had been staring at what was happening outside thehospital gate. She could even see Andrius’ expressions.

She gritted her teeth, and jealousy struck her.

“Three hours? Just now, my people told me that Andrius mentioned they could solve the problem inthree hours! No way. Even if they identify this pathogen and buy the drug from M Nation, getting thedrug in three hours is impossible!” Kelly was also taken aback.

On second thought, perhaps Andrius had deliberately lied to appease the patients’ family members.

It was impossible for them to resolve this matter in just three hours. Even Byron could not do that.

She comforted herself and told Beatrice she had to return to Mr. Vanderbilt’s side.

Beatrice was not in the mood now. Her focus was on Andrius. All she did was nod and say, “Alright.”

Kelly looked at Beatrice meaningfully. She noticed this woman was as foolish as her by putting all herefforts into a man.

Since she was leaving, this scheme would have nothing to do with her.

As long as she returned to Mr. Vanderbilt’s side, Byron could do nothing to her, even if she was inCoast City.

Behind Mr. Vanderbilt was not only Stellar Group but also the power of H Land.

Beatrice’s mood was indeed affected by Andrius.

The last thing she wanted was this.

Vaguely, she always felt that Andrius had changed somehow.

Before, she thought that the man was straightforward and cute.

Now, Andrius was different. He was lively and showed the reserved and mature charm of a man.

What happened to Andrius in such a short time? How did he change?

Beatrice did not know why. However, she felt more infatuated with Andrius, and her jealousy towardMary increased.

A few minutes later, Kelly arrived on the ground floor of the building. When she stepped out of theelevator, she could see the hospital on the opposite side, and the original noise and commotion haddisappeared.

At the hospital entrance, nurses wheeled several patient representatives out to chat with families andtalk about the situation.

A hospital patient told his relative, “We’re doing well here. Dr. Wilson has been taking good care of us.There’s nothing big happening inside. Did someone deceive you guys?”

“Really? Good, then. I heard about some kind of infection, and I was worried. Everybody was worried,so I wanted to get you out of here. It seems it was a false alarm! Later, we’ll visit you when we canenter!” The patient’s relatives were happy to see the patient looking fine.

A few other hospitalized patients came out to meet their relatives, and the crowd at the scene graduallydispersed.
