Chapter 1871 Choose A Good Date
That night, when Rosalie returned from the research institute, she saw the three little ones pouting theirlips in displeasure.
Especially Estelle, who looked angry as she said, “Mommy, you promised to take me to the designexhibition, but you were too busy! In the end, it was Daddy who took me there."
“Estie, please don’t be mad at Mommy. Mommy was busy at work. She's a miracle doctor with such abig research institute to manage. It’s hard not to be busy with so much work.”
“Yeah, Sis. We can ask Mommy to compensate us by taking us somewhere else the next time, okay?”
Both the boys were explaining on Rosalie’s behalf and coaxing Estelle.
Rosalie felt bad. She squatted and apologized to Estelle.novelbin
“It’s my fault. I forgot the deal I had with you. It’s a terrible mistake. I’m sorry. Please forgive me.”
Her motive was to show a good example to her kids.
Estelle was only unhappy and did not expect Rosalie to apologize so seriously. She immediately shookher head and pounced into Rosalie’s embrace.
“It’s okay, Mommy. I've forgiven you. However, can you please let me know when you can’t go the nexttime? I got up early and got ready, but I couldn't find you,” Estelle felt wronged as she spoke out herfeelings.
Rosalie immediately nodded and agreed. She kissed her cute daughter’s cheek and said, “It’s my faultfor not considering your feelings. I’ll keep what you said today in mind. Why don’t I make it up to you byletting you request two things from me? I promise I'll do it.”
Estelle did not request rashly and asked for time to consider what she wanted.
Byron walked down the stairs after leaving his study. He took the initiative to explain to the kids whyRosalie had to work on this weekend.
It was because she had to save her fellow researcher’s life. Lucian and Nox immediately understood.
Estelle also nodded. “Mommy, since you went to rescue someone and did something great, I'll requestonly one thing. I’ve already considered my request. Let’s go and look for Godmother tomorrow. Ihaven't seen her for some time.”
“Yeah. Mommy, what's Godmother doing recently? Why doesn’t she have time to visit us? We haven'tseen her for quite a while. We miss her.”
Lucian and Nox agreed.
Rosalie and Byron nodded. They decided to visit Mary’s place the next day.
Rosalie called Mary to let her know about it. When Mary heard that the kids missed her, she wastouched.
Even she started missing the children so much that she wanted to meet them.
After accompanying her triplets, Rosalie headed upstairs to take a bath.
Benedict and Melody suddenly came to visit. When they were in the living room and saw Byron, theyquickly asked for Rosalie’s whereabouts.
“Dad, Mom, what’s wrong? Why do you look so anxious?” Byron asked as he added, “Rosie is taking abath. I’ll let her know you're here after she's done.”
“Of course, we're anxious. Byron, we've decided on a date for the wedding, but your dad has justremembered something important. We've been planning the wedding but forgot the most importantguests!” Melody frowned as she said thoughtfully.
Byron could not understand what she meant.
Benedict, on the other hand, calmed down and sighed. “Have you forgotten? Rosie’s parents! Wealready owe Rosie a lot before this. We should make up to her by planning a proper wedding. So, allthe details must be perfect. However, we're not quite familiar with Rosie’s family. How could we be socareless and forget about this?”
