Chapter 1860 Successful Surgery

A heart surgery from the back was extremely dangerous, even for the most common operation.

Furthermore, this was surgery on the aorta to remove such a small tumor. All the surgeons presentwould have to consider their psychological state and the accuracy of their surgical skills.

When Rosalie arrived outside the operating room and told them the surgical plan, everyone'sexpressions were the same. They were all solemn.

"Dr. Jacobs, can this be done? Generally, we'd advise patients to take conservative treatment in thiscase."

"Yeah, it's too difficult. What happens if something goes wrong? Dr. Jacobs, that's Director Wilson'smother. Your psychological burden must be immensely heavy. Please consider carefully!"

"It’s not difficult if we just assist. However, not many people in the country can do such an operation."

Rosalie remained unmoved amidst the whispers. Her heart was at peace.

Concentration was the first element of surgery.

She did not object to everyone's doubts but instead smiled encouragingly. "Don't worry, everyone. Don'tforget, I’m Miracle Doctor Jacobs. I still have ancient medical skills!"

With that, a silver needle appeared in her hands, and she took it back in the blink of an eye.

The doctors seemed to have met a hidden medical expert upon looking at her gesture.

Rosalie was not doing it for a show. She only wanted to make everyone feel at ease and avoidmistakes during the operation.

"Send the patient into the operating room!" she said to the nurse on duty.

"Everyone, get ready for the surgery. Push aside any distracting thoughts. Just give it your best!"

Following Rosalie's order, the operating room kicked into action. All the lights were turned on, and thedoctors got ready in a complete set of scrubs.

In the end, Rosalie glanced at the depths of the corridor. Her best friend did not come over. It wasprobably because she was truly afraid to face this!

The surgery commenced!

Half an hour…

One hour…

Two hours...

Mary finally could not bear it anymore and ran out of her office in a hurry. Byron almost did not realize.

He hurried to catch up with her.

Byron stopped in front of Mary as they both arrived outside the operating room.

"Don’t worry, Mr. Lawrence! I won't be so irrational. I just want to get closer and wait for the good newsfrom Rosie. My mother will be fine, right?" Mary looked emotional.

Byron did not know what to say. He just nodded in response and watched her sit down on a chair.

Mary started to clasp her hands together, muttering silent prayers.

She was just an anxious and helpless daughter at the moment.

Byron vaguely heard a burst of panic in the operating room.

Yes, voices exploded in the ears of all the doctors.

"A blood vessel ruptured. The bleeding wouldn't stop—"

"Dr. Jacobs, what should we do?"

"Hurry up, hemostat! There’s too much blood. This won’t do. It'll cause an infection!"

The sweat on Rosalie's forehead had just been wiped off, but beads of sweat the size of beans brokeout immediately.

All the doctors beside her were already panicking.

Not her, though. She quickly used the hemostat and picked up the silver needle at the same time!

...

Another 20 minutes passed.

All the doctors looked at Rosalie dumbfounded.

The bleeding had stopped!

The tumor was removed!

The blood vessels started to seal shut!novelbin

The blood flow in the heart increased greatly, and the beating frequency of the heart continued toincrease, pumping stronger each time!

Under the mask, Rosalie's mouth curled into a faint smile.

Then, the exhaustion finally hit all over her body.

After she finished the heart bypass, the other doctors took over the final suturing to sew up the incision.

The operation was a success!
