Chapter 1646 They Are Your Children

Suddenly, Yves said in a mocking tone, "Did you think that Lucian and Nox were children that Dr.Jacobs conceived with another man?"

This was the thorn in Byron’s side. His face turned cold upon that statement.

Yves frowned and glanced at him. His tone changed as he said, “Sigh, what a shame. Why did Dr.Jacobs agree to be with you? You don't even trust her yet."

In the past six years, no one knew better than Yves how Rosalie rejected other men.

It was so much so that Yves believed that if it was not for medicine’s sake, Rosalie would never haveexcessive contact with men!

However, in Byron's eyes, Rosalie already had two sons with another man.

How ridiculous!

Yves did not say anything, but his silence was telling.

Byron's expression became heavier.

Perhaps because of Yves' reminder, in Byron’s mind, Lucian and Nox’s faces had somewhatoverlapped with his own.

"Those two boys are your and Dr. Jacobs’ children. Why else do you think they are so attached toyou?"

In the end, Yves chose to face the reality and tell the truth.

"However, judging by your reaction, Dr. Jacobs probably hasn't told you yet. As for why she didn't tellyou, it’s probably the same reason as how you think about her. She doesn't trust you enough either.

"President Lawrence, you are nothing more than that!" Yves gave a sarcastic sneer.

The veins on Byron's temples throbbed. He was taken aback with suspicion. "You claim that Lucian andNox are my sons, but what proof do you have?"

The little woman had told him that Lucian and Nox were one year older than Estie!

Could it be that… she had been lying since then?

Yves' expression also darkened. "I worked with Dr. Jacobs ever since the first year she went abroad. No one knows better than me when she was pregnant, and whether she had contact with other menduring that time! The father of the boys can only be you!"

These words were like a thunderbolt, exploding in Byron's ears.

‘Are those two boys really mine?’

For a moment, he did not know whether to be happy or sad.

He was glad that Rosalie had never been with other men, and that those two children were his.

However, he was sad that she had been hiding it from him...

‘Was I really that unreliable to her?

‘Otherwise, why would she hide the true identity of our children?

‘It was fine to hide it when we weren’t together.

‘But now that our relationship has developed to this point, why did she still hide it from me?’

Yves saw that the man stopped responding for a long time, and thought that he still did not believe him.His tone became colder. "President Lawrence, you can go for a paternity test if you still don’t believe it.I have no reason to lie to you—there’s nothing in it for me!

"You’re so suspicious about everything, it's no wonder that Dr. Jacobs refuses to tell you the truth!"Yves dropped another sarcastic remark.

Byron came back to his senses and held back the indescribably complex emotions in his heart, but hisvoice was still uncontrollably tense. "Don’t worry, Dr. Graham. I will confirm this with Rosalie myself. You should focus on Rosalie's current condition. None of us knows how long it will take."

Yves' eyes flickered. He was no longer in the mood to argue when reminded of Rosalie's currentsituation. He bowed his head and fell silent.novelbin

Byron glanced at him one more time, turned around, and strode away.
