My Ex-Wife And Kids Came In Like A Wrecking Ball Chapter 1055

Chapter 1055 Too Unbecoming

“Estie, come out, grandma will take you back.”

Melody turned to look at Estie who was hiding behind Rosalie.

The little girl tightly grasped Rosalie’s clothes with one hand and shrank back behind Rosalie afterhearing this.

‘I just saw Auntie and I don’t want to go back so soon.’novelbin

‘Also, Grandma is scary too.’

‘I just don’t want to go to the new kindergarten, and Grandma wants to beat me up, just like that MeanAuntie.’

Estie was filled with fear thinking of Melody’s expression that day.

Melody knew that the little one was afraid of herself and apologized softly to her. “Grandma came toapologize to you. I frightened you that day, and it will never happen again. Our Estie is Grandma’s littleprincess.”

With that, Melody reached out to grab Estie’s little hand on Rosalie’s clothes.

It was a sore sight for Melody when her granddaughter relied on this woman so much!

Seeing grandma’s actions, the two little boys rushed to their mommy, protecting little sister tightlybehind them.

This time, no matter what, they will not let this grandma take away the little sister!

“Why don’t you watch your two little brats?!”

Melody looked at Rosalie, displeased. “They came to steal little Estie from our house, but now they arepreventing me from taking Estie back! Why? Do they really think that Estie is their own sister?”

The two little boys felt a wave of turmoil when they heard this.

Although they do not know who the little sister’s mother is.

But, technically speaking, they were indeed the half-brothers of Estie.

Thinking of this, the little ones became more confident in protecting their little sister.

Rosalie also thought of the biological relationship of the kids and stumbled for an answer.

Seeing that Rosalie did not respond, Melody simply went straight at her, trying to pull the two little boysaway.

Rosalie instinctively reached out to protect the little ones.

For a moment, Melody’s wrist was tightly gripped by Rosalie.

The two stood in a stalemate for a few seconds, Melody withdrew her hand with an ugly expression, and said in a cold voice, “It’s true that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. With a mother like you, it’sno wonder they are like this!”

Ever since the boys were born, she had raised them well and given them a good education.

Now after she heard Melody say this about herself and the little ones, the anger that had beensuppressed in her heart erupted instantly.

’Mrs. Lawrence, if you have a problem with me, come at me, I won’t budge. But if you implicate thechildren, isn’t that too unbecoming for a noble and affluent family?!”

What Melody cared about most was her reputation. Rosalie’s words were simply daggers to her heart.“What did you say?!”

Rosalie didn’t change her expression, “You keep saying that you love Estie. Then ask yourself, sinceyou love Estie so much, why is Estie still so afraid of you? Because your so-called love is just your one-sided, self-serving satisfaction!”

Hearing this, Melody was so angry that she looked down at her granddaughter, wanting to refuteRosalie with facts.

However, the little girl just hid behind Rosalie, not only did it not help her, but seemed to proveRosalie’s statement.

“I told you before, that Estie’s situation will not be able to withstand any triggers at all. However, youkeep forcing her to do things she doesn’t want to. So tell me, which part of that is love?”

Rosalie pressed her every step of the way.

Melody was furious because the woman touched a raw nerve. “What do you know! What right do youhave to teach me how to do things? Estie is a child of our Lawrence family. How to take care of her isalso a family matter. What does it have to do with you?”
