Chapter 659 Car Accident

Chapter 659 Car Accident

Kian looked slightly gloomy as he responded, "The doctor said there was no life-threatening injury, but

there was a minor one in the head, as well as a broken bone in the foot from the previous accident.

And it will take at least three months for him to resume walking."

Camille's heart was slightly relieved to hear the words "no life-threatening".

As long as it was not life-threatening, any injury could be slowly recuperated.

She didn't say anything else, and looked up at the Resuscitation Room in front of her. Kian, who was

on the side, couldn't figure out what she was thinking, so he could only wait with her in silence.

The lights in the resuscitation room went out at ten o'clock at night, and he was pushed out by the

nurse from the Resuscitation Room. He was sitting in a wheelchair, and his feet were being treated for

serious injuries, his handsome face was covered with bruises, and his forehead was wrapped in gauze.

Although not life-threatening, his head was hit, so a full detailed examination was also done anyway.

As soon as he came out, he saw Camille standing outside, and his deep gaze fell on her without

moving.

Camille gave him a nonchalant look before skimming her gaze directly to the doctor behind her. She

walked up, but not towards him, but to the doctor and asked, "Is he all right?"

"The situation is not bad. As long as he is taken good care of, he will recover gradually. After all, the

injury is in the bone. Mr. Simpson now has been injured for the second time, so he still needs more

treatment and care."

Camille nodded and thanked the doctor, and then the doctor asked to take Ayan to the ward for rest.

The wheelchair was originally pushed by the nurse, but Kian saw it and immediately took it, while

Camille walked aside and accompanied Ayan back to the ward.

The two did not have any conversation or communication the whole time. And when they got back to

the ward, Kian also rushed to help Ayan to bed. Camille stood still and just watched him lie down.

Ayan spoke in a hoarse voice, "Kian, it's getting late, you can go back now!"

Kian didn't dare to make a sound, but just subconsciously looked to Camille who was on the side, then

immediately nodded, "Yes."

After Kian left the room, Ayan then extended his hand towards Camille: "Why are you ignoring me?"

His voice sounded low, but Camille picked up an element of grievance in his tone.

Camille had no answer, just a glance at him, and only then did she lift walk towards him.

She reached out her hand, he took it in his and gently pulled the person over. Camille immediately

wrinkled her brow: "Don't you move, still restless after being injured?"

He didn't care. He just stared at Camille and said, "Say it, why are you ignoring me? You are upset

because I'm hurt?"

"No."novelbin

"So you're not worried if I get hurt?"

Camille frowned and said nothing.

Ayan chuckled lightly, "Where did you go tonight?"

Camille said with a blank face, "Don't you know all about it?"

"I want to hear it from you in person."

He looked at her in a composed way, as if he was confident to take her.

Camille smiled indifferently, and her voice was not warm in response, "And you? Why did you suddenly

have a car accident?"

Ayan snorted lightly, and his voice was hoarse as he responded, "It happened on the way back to the

Simpson's mansion. Just a little accident, don't take it to heart. I'm not dead."

He said it with great insouciance, as if he didn't care at all.

The expression on Camille's face immediately went cold and her eyes were gloomy and indifferent as

she said, "You have to say something like that, don't you?"

Her voice was plainly unhappy, the implication of displeasure obvious.

Ayan immediately smiled lightly and reached out to try to take her into his arms, "Okay, I was wrong."

Camille expressionlessly swept him a glance. There was an indescribable feeling rising from her heart.

On the one hand, she was worried about him, and on the other hand, because of his inattention, she

was a little angery. Camille subconsciously struggled, and Ayan reached out to pull her. Probably he

used too much strength, his injury in the feet was pulled. He hissed.

Camille immediately froze and didn't dare to move again, with obvious concern spilling out of her eyes,

she frowned tightly, "Is everything all right?"

When she stopped moving, Ayan smoothly held her in his arms and whispered, "You know how to care

about me now?"

Camille looked at him expressionlessly and said in a nonchalant voice, "Next time when you go back to

the Simpson's mansion, let Kian or the driver drive instead of yourself."

"Good." He answered positively.

She added, "I tell you now, and you will forget about it later."

"I won't forget, I promise." He held up his hand in a gesture of assurance.

Camille nonchalantly glanced at him and continued: "Don't tell mom and dad about it, OK? Grandpa

has just recovered a bit, if he knew you were injured, he would be anxious."

"Well, I will listen to you all the time." Ayan nodded his head, like a hen-pecked husband, but that was

what he intended in his heart. He did not think of telling his family. As for her, as his wife, it was natural

to let her know it, otherwise who could take care of him?

Ayan nodded seriously in response to Camille's every word, no matter what she said, he would obey,

so that Camille had nothing more to say, he then asked, "Finished?"

She froze, "Do you think I talk too much?"

"No, I'm just asking, if you're not done, you can continue. If you are done, can you do me a favor?"

He asked seriously, not like a joke.

Camille asked, "What kind of favor?"

After all, she was the only one here now, so she could only help him.

His voice was unhurried, and the expression on his face seemed to flicker with a hint of hesitation as

he said, "Forget it, I'll bear with it, or it will be too much trouble."

Camille looked confused and said, "What are you going to do?"

Ayan's expression was more than hesitant, and there seemed to be some difficulty at the bottom of his

deep eyes.

She looked seriously, naturally she did not miss any change in his expression, and her heart could not

help but guess what he was going to do in the end.

She said, "If you have something to say, just say it. I will help if I can. If it's not convenient to tell me,

then I will call Kian back for you?"

"It's too much trouble to call him back at this hour. In fact, I don't have anything serious. It's probably

just lifting a finger for you."

"You can tell me."

"I want to go to the bathroom, so can you help me?"

Camille's face then relaxed a little. Just to go to the bathroom. He looked as if it was going to be

something else of a big deal.

She didn't speak, just lifting the covers to help him slowly out of bed. As only one foot could move, he

put almost all his weight on Camille.

It was hard to get into the bathroom. The small space made the two closer together. Camille said

uncomfortably, "You first... Do it and call me when you're done."

After saying that, she immediately dodged and walked outside, exhaled deeply, and then stood at the

door waiting.

Ayan in the washroom was amused by her newly reddened face. A trace of warmth spilled out of his

eyes, but it was followed by indifference on his face. He took out his phone and dialed Kian's number

directly. He said, "Did you find out anything about tonight's incident?"
