Chapter: 1142Maggie lay prone on the bed. Ellie slightly lifted her top to apply the medicine on her bruise.

Sanford didn’t leave the bed, but leaned against the headboard. As he glimpsed her partially exposed waist and the curve of herhips, his mind flooded with memories of their intimate moments.

Feeling a sudden dryness in his throat, he looked away, fearing he might lose control.

Soon, Ellie finished applying the medication. “It’s done.”

“Thank you, Ellie.” Maggie straightened her clothes and smiled gratefully.

“Ellie, you can Leave us now. Please close the curtains on your way out.”

Sanford requested Ellie to leave because he intended to continue his nap with Maggie.
