Moira approached her. “My cousin called. He’s demanding immediate payment.”Eleanor’s expression turned sour.
She slapped Moira across the face, fuming, “This is all your fault! Why would you seek help from someone Like him? He’sextorting us!”

Eleanor scoffed, “Do you believe that?”
