Chapter 729

Chapter 729

After the Snake God, Nagar, was blind, it became extremely ruthless. It threw its huge body onto thenovelbin

valley regardless of that might get it killed, causing the earth to tremble

The rubble on the wall of the Waterfall Cave kept falling,

“We should run for our life.”

“Chief, let’s get out of here.” The elders were frightened like cats on hot bricks by the falling boulders,

Some guards ran out of the Waterfall Cave to keep their lives without waiting for the Chief’s order.

“Who allowed you to leave?”

Christina stood in the middle of the Waterfall Cave, ignoring all the falling boulders. Her eyes were

bloodshot, and she stood tall and straight steadily with a scepter in her right hand. Her hoarse and

deep voice echoed in the

cave.

With a wave of the scepter, the furious Nagar was instantly stopped and could not move.

It was fixed firmly like a model.

At that moment, the trembling ground quieted down,

“Nagar, since you have been sick of being trapped by the Great Waterfall for a thousand years, I will let

you off from this valley today.” The old and ethereal voice came…

Patrick, Lucy, and others were on their way to the waterfall as fast as possible

Suddenly, the ground started to shake.

They stopped in horror and squatted down vigilantly, wondering what was happening. Was it an

earthquake?

When they looked up, they saw the mountain behind the Great Waterfall on the opposite fall down.

The whole towering mountain collapsed easily like tofu, everything on it rolled down with a huge roar,

which was like a colossal mudslide. The mountain in front of them, which was magnificent before, was

gone.

The Waterfall Cave under it also crumbled to dust.

Patrick, Lucy, Gary, and others were all shocked, couldn’t believe their eyes.

The surging Great Waterfall instantaneously disappeared as well.

The majestic mountain body had peeled off, and the Great Waterfall disappeared with it. Instead, an

incomparably huge and black rock showed up in front of them. Nobody could tell how big it was. It

pierced deeply into the earth, and the exposed part was like a smooth and steep mountain.

“The meteorite.”

Lucy quickly recognized that the black rock mountain was the same as the small meteorite on the

Barbarian Island.

How could there be such a big one?

When the meteorite fell from the sky, it should have caused a huge global disaster.

“This super meteorite should be the center of the island’s magnetic field.” Everyone thought this in their

minds at the same time.

The shaking of the earth gradually calmed down. They immediately stood up and watched the

magnificent meteorite, which made them be awed by nature.

Patrick, on the other hand, stared at the original Waterfall Cave with a pale face. Now, nothing was left

there.

He rushed over with all his might.

“Mr. Hopkins!” Gary shouted behind him.

At this moment, they suddenly understood why the Matriarch of the Barbarian had been stopping them

from moving forward. If they had reached the Waterfall Cave earlier, then they might be buried under

the ground and dead.

From far, the animals’ agitated and uneasy roars kept coming. Their shrill cries echoed in the valley,

making people feel a little creepy.

At the same time, Lucy and the others watched many large birds fly up from the jungle, seeming to be

panicked, making shrill screams in the sky.

In the sky, more and more large birds were flying around. They even collided with each other in

extremely uneasy manners. Some of them even collectively bumped into the huge black meteorite and

fell to their deaths.

Not far away, the carnivorous beasts of the jungle, as well as the docile herbivores, were whimpering

restlessly or roaring angrily.

Everything seemed so strange.

Lucy and Charles looked around in horror. All these whimpering and roaring made them tense up.

Originally, this huge meteorite was wrapped in mountains and covered by waterfalls. Now that the

meteorite was exposed to the air, it seemed to have a great impact on the animals around them,

making them unconsciously become restless.

“I feel a little uncomfortable.”

In order to catch up with Patrick in front of him, Charles ran forward like mad as well, but as he ran, he

felt that it was getting hard and uncomfortable to breathe. He gradually stopped and panted.

Charles was not the only one, even the well-trained Crabbie felt not at par. “I’m feeling that my heart

suddenly beats too fast.”

Crabbie felt his own pulse. He found that his blood pressure was high with his heart beating faster,

along with his breathing becoming rapid.

The other team members had such symptoms either.

Lucy’s face was flushed from her accelerating heart rate, she cursed, “What a crap place!”

The huge meteorite would have an impact on all the creatures around, including them.

When they arrived at the original location of the Waterfall Cave, Samba started to dig in the soil sadly,

thinking that Christina had been buried underground.

Samba felt sorrow, digging through the thick black soil with his bare hands, but there were so many

huge rubbles and the mud layer was too thick.

Whoever buried here must have died for long.

Patrick arrived a few minutes earlier. He looked at the barren mud with a deathly pale face and stood

still.

Samba was a Barbarian without evolution. His mind was simple and reckless, so he would not think

that if someone was buried, he or she would definitely die. He focused on using his own power to dig,

to do anything he could

The others stood there, being silent and motionless. Lucy and Gary knew the reality very well. If

Christina and Rafael were near the Great Waterfall, they would not have escaped from the collapse.

However, after a while, Samba excitedly tugged at Patrick to tell him that he had found something!

Patrick remained in a daze when being called, he turned to look at the exciting Samba, who was

digging up some of the black and sticky soil on the ground, revealing a part of a body.

Everyone rushed over immediately. It was not the human body that was covered by the mud. It was a

snake body, the huge snake body. Gradually, they realized that the Snake God, Nagar, seemed to be

fixed by time.

Nagar’s huge body hovered with its head raising, but it froze and didn’t move.

Patrick and the others looked up and noticed that Nagar had been hurt in its eyes, seemingly was

blinded by something

Just as they raised their heads and stared at Nagar, the Matriarch of the Barbarian, who had always

been uneasy, suddenly knelt down and bowed.

She was in a panic and kept muttering, clasping her hands, and banging her forehead against the mud.

Patrick and Lucy whirled around and looked over.

The Matriarch raised her head to look at the top of the huge meteorite, and then lowered her head in

awe and fear, kowtowing devoutly.

Patrick followed her gaze and was surprised. There was a figure on the top of the smooth and huge

meteorite.

“There’s someone up there.”

Charles screamed in shock, pointing at the top of the meteorite, which was like a steep and smooth

peak.
