Sheconcluded, "I love the saying,’ What doesn't kill me makes me stronger.’ The way | see it, life doesn't always give you a goodhand, but it's up to you to play it well. | owe a lot to my foster parents for their love and support. They gave me the opportunity toget an education and showed me how to make the most out of what | had. Looking back now, the tough times | went throughseem like a distant memory. | still talk to friends about my experiences in the welfare home, but I've learned to let go."
