Chapter 1721

Chapter 1721novelbin

Keegan looked coldly at her and sneered, "Why would your blows improve my injuries? Who do you think you are? A goddess?" *"Yeah," Stella replied, poker-faced. "You used to say that I'm a goddess, so | guess that makes my blows extra special."

Keegan was stunned, "That's absurd! I'd never say something so cheesy!"

"Tsk. This is nothing compared to the cheesy things you used to say to me. For example, you've told me you can't live withoutme. You also said I'm the only one you love and want us to be together forever. You're especially cheesy during..."

“During what?"

Stella wanted to lean in and whisper in his ear, but Keegan stopped her, "Don't come closer. You can say it right there." i"But it's inappropriate to say out loud."

Keegan unscrewed his water bottle and said, "Just say it!"

Stella smirked and said, "You're especially cheesy during... sex. You love calling me baby, saying that I'm soft and sweet. Yousaid you're willing to do anything for me."

"Pfft- Cough, cough-" Upon sipping water, Keegan involuntarily sprayed out half of it and choked on the remaining portion. Hisface and neck turned red.

Stella walked over, worriedly patting his back. "I told you | couldn't say it out loud. | know you don't remember me. You probablystill think you're a virgin. This topic is too much for you,” she said, somewhat aggrieved.

Keegan's ears reddened as he coughed. He glared at Stella, embarrassed and annoyed. "You're so... vulgar!"

Stella rolled her eyes, thinking Keegan's amnesia had turned him into an innocent college boy. The banter between them used tobe much more efficient, i

"Yeah, yeah," Stella accepted the comment. "Stop coughing, or your wound might split open."Keegan was not in a good mood. He glared at her and said," You're the one to blame if that happens!"

"Lam. | am." Stella was extremely patient. She felt that arguing with Keegan, even if he did not recognize her, was a morefavorable outcome than him never coming back.

“Are you okay? Tell me if it hurts.”

Keegan looked at her with a mixture of unease and annoyance. His lips moved as if he wanted to say something, but Jayleneshowed up, "Keegan, I'm ready."

Keegan pushed away Stella's hand coldly, saying, "Don't bother."

As Jaylene approached, she noticed the unusual atmosphere between the two. She asked softly, "What happened, Keegan?"

“Nothing,” Keegan replied with a stiff expression.

Stella's face did not look good either. It seemed like something unpleasant had happened between them.Seeing this, Jaylene did not ask further. She turned around, smiled, and said, "I'll take Juno for a ride."Keegan nodded, "Be careful."

Stella lowered her eyes. ‘Either he forgot how challenging Juno could be, or he is overly confident of Jaylene's skills,’ shethought. ‘It was surprising to see Juno let her touch him, though.’ 2

Jaylene mounted Juno, and it trotted into the racetrack. Its new horseshoes made a loud and rhythmic clinking sound.

Juno moved at a leisurely pace. It was more of a stroll than a run. Jaylene did not experience the thrill of riding a horse. Shenoticed Keegan seemed to be talking to Stella again and started to feel worried. She fiercely whipped Juno, hoping to speed upand divert Keegan's attention to her. i

Juno winced in pain and, indeed, began to accelerate. Seeing Juno running faster, Keegan turned his head to look.
