Albert froze as he did not expect Stella to say such harsh words.

Stella felt sad for him when she saw how terrified he looked while he begged her not to harm Xenia and his nonexistent son. "Doyou think Xenia still has the baby after taking an abortion pill? Stella stared at him coldly and said, "There is no baby, Albert. Xenia was never actually pregnant. She worked for me and wasjust playing you all this while."
"Nonsense!" Albert stood up in agitation. His movements were so rash that the table shook, and water spilled from the glass. Thepolice officers held him down and sternly told him to sit.
