Chapter 1359When the door swung wide open, Felicity could finally see what was happening inside the bedroom.
Vermont was still lying down in the same position he was in when she left, but all of the buttons on his shirt were undone. Andthere was a damp towel on the nightstand.
The woman's dress and bra were thrown on the bed. She was wrapped in a bath towel, as she walked out of the bathroom whenall that happened. She screamed with a terrified look on her face when she saw the police officers.
The police were not expecting to see anything like that at all.Didn't they claim that there's an underage boy in here?‘Is this man on the bed underage?’
The police were about to ask Felicity what this was all about when one of the officers looked at that woman and said," Have |seen you somewhere?"
The woman looked anxious, as she tried to avoid eye contact with the officer. Then, she grabbed her clothes and wanted to headback into the bathroom.

The woman covered her face with her clothes, but the officer did not go easy on her. He continued asking, "What's your name,then? Do you have an ID?"

Awallet fell out of her clothes, as soon as she said that. The officer immediately picked it up and looked at her ID. Then, hisexpression darkened. "It's you. You were arrested for participating in an orgy last month. What's going on now? Are you providingdoor-to-door service?"
The woman's face turned extremely pale.Felicity was taken aback, as she was not expecting that twist at all.
She had only intended to kick the woman out of the unit. However, not only did the security guard call the police, but the policeeven found out that the woman was a prostitute.
Since she was caught in the room with Vermont, the police assumed that they had engaged in transactional sex, and they wereabout to take him away as well.
Felicity immediately stopped them from doing so. "Sirs, I'm sure that he wasn't doing it with the lady over here. Look at howdrunk he is. How can he possibly do anything? He couldn't even walk into the room by himself, and | had to help him."
However, the police did not listen to her at all. "We'll ask him about what happened once he sober up.” He paused briefly beforehe added, "Is he your nephew?"
Felicity pursed her lips and said after a while, "I'm his roomma-girlfriend.”
The look on the police officer's face turned even more confused. "Then, why did you say that he's your nephew on the phoneearlier? What are you trying to do?"
Then, he shifted his gaze to the woman as if he had realized something. "Is this a threesome?" he asked with a stern expression.Felicity was left speechless.Then, all three of them were taken to the police station.
It was not the first time that the woman had been arrested. Apart from sobbing for a little while when she was caught, sheappeared rather calm at the police station.
She insisted that it was Vermont who wanted her in his home, and Felicity only called the police out of jealousy.
Felicity and Vermont were locked in the same room.
Vermont had not woken up yet, and there was just no way that the police station would provide him with a bed to sleep.He was about six feet two. He lay on the narrow bench, and it was so uncomfortable that his brows were tightly furrowed.Felicity asked one of the officers on duty for a cup of water. Then, she crouched on the ground and gently shookVermont's arm. "Stinky Cucumber, have some water when you wake up, or you'll feel terrible."
Vermont opened his eyes in a daze, and he saw the blurry
figure of Felicity.
Her delicate brows were brought closely together with her eyes filled with concern. Vermont shut his eyes and thought to himself,‘| don't want to wake up. At least she won't reject me so resolutely in my dream.’
