After finishing her meal and taking abrief rest, she decided to head upstairs to the workout room and hop on the treadmill for a jog. After concluding the conversation with Cordelia, Stella stood on the second-floor terrace and dialed Keegan's number. As shewaited for him to answer, her gaze absentmindedly fell upon the yard below, where she caught sight of a plump, golden fishswimming in the pond.
Stella was taken aback once again, finding herself at a loss for words.
