‘Fuck. Do you think you can do anything you want with your man here?’

The woman cursed to herself but dared not to speak recklessly anymore.

Stella was not bothered at all and even felt a little bored. Then, she saw something shiny on Keegan’scollar. She could not help but stretch her arm out to scratch it off compulsively.

Keegan gazed at her. However, he did not move away and just let her do it.

That shiny thing felt like it was embedded in his collar. She finally managed to scratch it off after sometime, and she frowned. She found out that there was some gum behind that shiny thing, as if it camewith Keegan’s shirt.

She subconsciously looked at the other side of Keegan’s collar and found another identical diamond atthe exact same spot.

Stella paused.

She silently gazed at Keegan and found out he was not looking at her. So, she stretched her arm outsecretly, attempting to stick it back on.

However, she just could not do it after trying to do so for some time. Suddenly, the door was pushedopen, and Stella immediately held the diamond tight in her fist before looking up.

That woman cried and rushed toward that person before Stella could see who that was as she shouted,“You’re finally here! Your son and I would probably be murdered here if you came a little later.”

Harrison acted politely as he always would as he quickly approached that man, “Mr. Chapman, this isnothing serious. You didn’t have to come all the way here.”

That man ignored him completely.

“What kind of trouble did you get into again?”

The man frowned and got a headache after seeing the woman and his son.

“You heartless man! What do you mean? I only came here for an explanation because your son wasbeaten up. However, somebody splashed a cup of hot water on me. Look at my face! Look!”

That cup of water was not hot enough to cause any serious damage, but it raised a welt on her face.Also, she was drenched, and she looked very awkward. The man felt embarrassed.

“I did.”

He heard a clear voice coming from inside. Stella stood and waved her hand before her chest as shesmiled, “Mr. Chapman, is that your wife? She looks a little different from the last time I saw her.”

Erick Chapman paused. Then, he froze in place after knowing Keegan and his wife were inside

the room.

Stella walked toward him slowly while sizing his wife up.

‘No wonder she looked so familiar when I first saw her. Isn’t she the actress that Mrs. Chapman offeredten million to leave her husband?’

Mrs. Chapman wanted to borrow some money from Dahlia a few years ago. She still had not marriedKeegan then.

Stella only knew that because Aurora told her at a family banquet when she had too much to drink. Shehad nothing else to do, so she looked that actress up.

Even though she was referred to as an actress, she had only been cast in a few shows.

However, she could not find any information about the dramas and movies that were stated inWikipedia that she starred in.

They were only two possibilities. Either the shows were filmed but not aired, or she inserted somerandom shows’ names to make her resume look better.
