Marshall’s heart raced, as he said in a low voice, “Hold on tight.” Then, he started the bike’s engine.

“Stella is not like that. I’m sure she has her own reasons.”
Vermont sneered. “What reasons could she have to hook up with Keegan’s childhood friend when he’sstill missing?”
“What do you mean hook up? Do you even hear yourself?” Felicity said angrily, “The kidnappers weregoing after Keegan, but Stella jumped into the water with him without any hesitation. I’m sure that shemisses Keegan more than any of us.”
