Stella was eating an apple while she scrolled on Facebook. Keegan sat next to her, answering hisemails. “The suicide note is fake, right?” Stella asked. She agreed with the skeptics that Andrea wouldhave published it to the public before her death.
“So what if it’s fake?” Keegan asked.
“You can go to jail for falsifying evidence,” Stella leaned over and explained.

“And I thought you were an upstanding and law-abiding person,” said Stella.
“This is only the second time I’ve done something against the law,” Keegan replied indifferently.
“And what did you do the first time?” Stella asked, surprised.
She wanted to have the option of reporting his crime to the authorities if he ever mistreated her.
Keegan leaned into her ear and whispered, “I rode without a license.”
Stella was shocked. “You’ve got a lot of nerve, huh? How dare you ride without a license?! Aren’t youafraid of getting caught? You’d be locked up for at least ten to fifteen days!”
“I didn’t think it was that serious,” Keegan pondered for a moment and replied.
Stella leered at him. “How did you even get your license? I bet you forgot everything you learned themoment you got it. N
Keegan laughed and said, “I’m talking about another kind of ride. You know… the one you do in bed.Well, I did it without a marriage license. I don’t think the authorities would punish me forthat.”
