Chapter 1085

Chapter 1085

Lexi came out of the shower and chatted with her friends when she ran into Georgia at the corner. Shewas wearing the clothes she wore during practice. She stood out among the other dancers. Standingthere, her long, slim neck made her look like a graceful swan.

Georgia’s eyes glanced over Lexi when she saw her come out of the bathroom. Lexi avoided her gazeand tried to leave with her classmates, but Georgia stopped her. “Wait,’ said the protagonist.

Several people stopped in their tracks, not knowing who Georgia was shouting at. Georgia approachedLexi, pulled out a yellow hairclip, and asked, “Does this look familiar?”

Lexi clenched her fingers as she saw the hairpin. One of the students beside her recognized theaccessory and whispered, “Lexi, isn’t this the hairclip you lost a few days ago?”

“No. Mine got lost off campus,” Lexi pursed her lips and said.novelbin

“What a coincidence that I found this hairclip off campus,” said Georgia as she lightly scanned her eyesover her. The other students sensed the tension and left in a hurry. Soon, only Lexi and Georgia wereleft in the frame.

Lexi pressed her lips together and tried to leave with her change of clothes. However, Georgia blockedher path. “Don’t you want your hairclip back?”

Lexi frowned and said, “I told you, it’s not mine.”

“Then where is yours?”

“I lost it! Didn’t you hear me?”

“You lost it?’ Georgia bit the corner of her mouth and continued, “That hairclip must’ve cost a fortunebased on your family’s financials. How could you just lose something valuable so carelessly?”

“Accidents happen. If there’s nothing else, I’m going to leave.’ Lexi got ready to walk down the stairsafter saying that when Georgia suddenly said joyously, “Ralph? What are you doing here?’

Lexi paused and turned her head subconsciously, only to see Georgia looking at her with mockery.“What? Disappointed that he’s not here?”

Lexi pressed the corner of her lips tightly and said in a deep voice, “If Ralph leaves you one day, knowit’s because you’re the problem. I used to envy you for your looks, background, and social life. But now,I feel sorry for you because those are all you have. You have so much going on in your mind. That’swhy you can’t comprehend the core of dance. That’s why your movements have no passion despiteyou doing them right.”

Georgia’s expression turned ugly in an instant. To her, Lexi’s emotionless comment was a stinginginsult. Georgia grabbed Lexi’s hair and said coldly, “Who are you to judge me?’

Lexi started to struggle immediately, and the two of them began wrestling. Gradually, they reached thestairs as they were pushing each other. Georgia suddenly reached out in a rage and shoved Lexi onthe shoulder.

According to Stuart’s request, Bella had to fall backward when Stella pushed her. Though it looked likethe two were actually hitting each other, Stella was supposed to draw back her push, and Bella had tocreate the force to allow herself to fall. However, when Stella made the push motion, Bella somehowleaned closer toward her.

Before Stella could retract her hands, she pushed Bella’s shoulders, and Bella screamed as shemissed the crash pad. She rolled down the stairs, and her head hit the floor with a thud. Her scream

echoed across the set.
