When Stella asked Keegan about it, Keegan shot her another question. “Do you want her to stay foranother year?”
Clearly, Stella did not want that. Instead, she was more than happy that her old classmate left. She justcould not understand why she would just leave without saying anything. However, Stella did not thinkmuch about it.
Stella would have forgotten about this incident. However, after two months, her old classmate posted aparagraph on her Twitter account that was a thousand words long, describing how she was harassedby her classmate’s husband when she was staying at their house.
In the paragraph, she claimed that she did not tell her classmate about what happened and kepteverything to herself out of ‘good intentions”. However, she saw the husband flirting with other womenagain, and she could not stop herself from exposing him anymore.
A lot of people knew that the old classmate had gone to stay at Stella’s house, so everybody knew verywell who the old classmate was referring to.
Stella got furious. She immediately called this old classmate of hers, but she just would not pick up.
The rumor about Stella getting married to an unfaithful man spread like wildfire, and even her highschool friends who did not know the old classmate came to ask her about it.
Stella could not even sleep well for nights after what happened. After some time, Keegan noticedsomething unusual and asked her about it.
So, Stella stopped holding back and told Keegan everything.
Stella might have believed in her old classmate if she stopped at claiming that Keegan had gottentangled up with his “old lover”. But there was just no way that she would believe that Keegan actuallyharassed her.
Although Keegan could be mean at times, he was still a decent man. He would never mess around withhis wife’s classmates.
As expected, Keegan got extremely surprised after listening to Stella.

Her old classmate handed Keegan the tea, and as he reached out to take it, she let go before he couldtouch the cup. Then, the tea spilled right on Keegan’s pants.
Then, the old classmate very “helpfully” took a handkerchief and offered to wipe Keegan’s pants whileshe was half-kneeling on the floor.
Keegan pushed her hand away and told her to leave with an unhappy expression.
The old classmate probably had never gotten rejected by a man like this before, and she was sostunned that her face turned pale. After that, she left the study room and moved out overnight.
After all, that was not something to be proud of, and she felt extremely embarrassed too after gettingrejected by Keegan.
It should have ended there, but after a few days, she met Keegan again when she was accompanyingher boss to meet a client.
She made a promise to her boss, saying that she was a friend of Keegan, and she could definitelyclose the deal.
However, Keegan did not act like he knew her at all. She could not answer any of Keegan’s questionsregarding the product she was pitching, so the deal was called off.
Her boss scolded her because of that. So, out of anger, she made up a story like that to take revengeon Stella.
Stella boiled with anger after she found out about what had happened.
Since she could not confront her old classmate about it, she decided to send the footage to all of hergroup chats.
Keegan even hired a lawyer to sue her for defamation.
However, Stella was not bothered to find out about the judge’s decision. Then, this old classmate ofhers just disappeared from all the group chats she was in.
After that, Stella teased Keegan, “None of the guys could ever resist her. How did you manage to keepyourself under control?”
