Elisa asked, “Did you buy that villa, Mr. Johnson?”
“Yes, I did.‘
“You’re very well informed. We’ve been neighbors with the Zimmers for more than ten years, so wethought we were the first ones to receive the news, but when our family tried to buy the villa from them,
we were told that it was already sold. I was wondering who bought it, though I didn’t expect it to beyou.”
Remy laughed and said, “I bought Zimmer Corp. After finding out that Mr. Zimmer wanted to sell hisvilla to pay off his debt, I came back with him to take a look and decided to buy it. Now that you’ve saidthat, I’m glad I acted quickly. If I had hesitated, the villa would have fallen in your hands instead.”
Elisa grinned. “We’re neighbors from now on. You’ll be renovating the villa, right?”
