Chapter 61: Possessed By A Demon

Chapter 61: Possessed by a Demon

Seeing Isabella's defiant yet speechless expression, Chloe felt even happier. That damned wench, what chance did she have against Chloe?

Chloe extended her hand and cupped Isabella's face. This allowed Chloe to feel in control and inflicta degree of pain on Isabella. She used a bit of force to pat Isabella's cheek while maintaining afacade of gentle smiles, leading Isabella's bodyguards to believe they were seeing a harmonioussisterly bond.

Isabella wanted to resist Chloe's actions, but at this moment, her body had stiffened, and shecouldn't move. Breathing became increasingly difficult, and Isabella cursed herself. She was tooweak; she couldn't even confront Chloe.

Chloe leaned in closer to Isabella and whispered in a low voice, "You're a worthless slut, used up bymen, and you dare to insult me? How can you even think of challenging me? Do you rememberhow I used to bully you when we were kids? I don't mind letting you relive those old experiences."novelbin

Chloe hurled these insults at Isabella, all of which occurred in front of Isabella's two bodyguards. However, the bodyguards were positioned some distance away and, due to Chloe's apparentlyaffectionate manner towards Isabella, they couldn't tell she was actually insulting her.

As Chloe talked, memories of her traumatic past began to paralyze Isabella. She couldn't respondor defend herself. Her body began to tremble violently. She cursed herself for her enduringcowardice and her inability to face Chloe head-on.

Suddenly, a vision of Emanuele appeared in Isabella's mind. He was a massive, fierce man filledwith a wild aura. People were afraid of crossing him, and nobody felt safe around him. Yet, she had

been relatively at ease by his side. If she could even handle Emanuele, the demon, why should shebe afraid of Chloe, who only had a reputation for bullying her?

With this thought, Isabella somehow found the strength to push Chloe away. At first, Chloe hadbeen gleefully mocking her clumsiness, her fear, her cowardice. But she had not anticipated beingphysically pushed. Consequently, Chloe lost her balance and fell backward with a shriek, landing onthe ground in a rather disheveled state.

"Isabella, why would you push me? I was only suggesting that you be kinder to Emanuele. Or doyou have some grievances against him? Is that why you didn't listen to me?" Chloe lamented.

Isabella had to hand it to Chloe for her quick thinking. In an instant, she had come up with aconvenient excuse, painting herself as the injured party, in an attempt to make her bodyguardsbelieve her words.

Chloe remained seated on the ground, looking at Tony and Harry. "Gentlemen, could you pleasehelp me get up?"

Tony and Harry exchanged a glance and exchanged a knowing look, but neither made a move. They were Isabella's bodyguards and had spent enough time with her to understand her character. They weren't quick to believe Chloe's words.

Seeing that her act was not working and noticing the gathering crowd, Chloe had no choice but tostand up on her own. She then turned to Isabella and said, "Isabella, you've changed so much. Youused to be obedient, loving, and close to me. It saddens me. Can our sisterly relationship never goback to how it was?"

Isabella suddenly felt that if Chloe pursued an acting career, she could easily win an AcademyAward.

"Chloe, I've changed, haven't you?" Isabella looked at Chloe, who had been humiliated in front ofothers to maintain her ladylike image. She suddenly realized that Chloe wasn't as fearsome as shehad once thought, not invincible. All she needed was a little more courage, wasn't that right?

Chloe fixed a hateful gaze on Isabella. She walked up to her and whispered in a venomous tone,"You think Emanuele can protect you forever? Isabella, your time's coming."

When the moment arrives, she would absolutely, without a doubt, use Isabella's head as a football.

Once Chloe left, Isabella felt an immense sense of relaxation. She was now brave enough toconfront Chloe. It seemed like she was gradually emerging from the nightmare that Chloe hadinflicted on her.

She believed she could completely overcome Chloe. Isabella thought, with the courage she had justdisplayed, she could handle anything Chloe threw at her in the future.

That night, as Isabella lay in bed, half-asleep, she suddenly felt a presence invading her room. Theroom remained dark, with only the faint light from the living room spilling in. Isabella could see aman, as massive as a mountain, pressing her down and tearing at her nightgown.

The man's domineering presence filled the room, and an intense feeling of oppression swept overIsabella. He kissed her passionately, his tongue probing her lips hungrily.

In the hazy night, on the soft and comfortable bed, Isabella was gradually losing herself in thepassion. She held Emanuele's face, and their tongues engaged in a sensual dance.

Emanuele's hands found her breasts and squeezed them forcefully, causing her some discomfort. However, the pain only seemed to heighten the intensity of the moment.

Then, the man released her lips, trailing kisses down her neck and nibbling at her breasts. Isabellafelt her body becoming increasingly sensitive, her inner desire growing stronger, yearning for

Emanuele to take her with raw intensity.

But Emanuele was being exceptionally rough, more so than usual. It struck Isabella as odd, and shenoticed a strong scent of blood coming from him. Isabella began to feel a sense of unease.

She cried out, "Emanuele, are you okay?"

Something was terribly wrong, too wrong.

Emanuele's name seemed to snap him back to reality. He looked at Isabella and softly whispered,"Isabella."

Isabella saw that Emanuele's eyes, usually a warm hazel, had turned completely black, filled withdarkness and an icy, bloodthirsty aura. He looked like a vampire, devoid of any humanity.

This sight startled Isabella.

At that moment, Emanuele seemed to slowly regain his senses, and he immediately roared, "Getout!" Isabella, still bewildered about what had just happened, found herself being guided by Philliptowards the door. He said, "Boss needs to calm down, Miss Gould, please come with me." AsIsabella hastily wrapped herself in her robe, Phillip led her out and closed the bedroom door.

Staring at the tightly closed door, Isabella was left to contemplate Emanuele's peculiar behavior. She had never witnessed such a side of him, as if he had been possessed by some malevolentforce, devoid of any glimmer of light. Yet, in that moment, he seemed intensely desperate for her.

Isabella lowered her gaze to her body, marked with bite marks and bruises, reminders ofEmanuele's unexpected roughness.
