“Regret? How do you spell that word again?” Thomas rolled his eyes. Without any intention ofcontinuing this conversation, he turned around and left the office.
“Dr. Hofstead, I’m sure you saw that. The Saunders have been very sincere, but Thomas doesn’t knowwhat’s good for him! He—”
Before he could finish, Quincy interrupted him with a wave of his hand. “Alright. Alright. Taylor, stoppretending to be innocent before me. Is this what you call sincere? You’re clearly scheming againstThomas! I didn’t expect you to be such a vicious person. Please leave. You’re not welcome here!”

Though curious about Thomas’ actions, Olivia did not ask anything and nodded at Molly. Hence, Mollypacked her things and left the office with her handbag. Before he could tell Olivia he wanted her to getoff work early today, he heard a strange noise from outside.

Exiting the office, Thomas leaped into the air and hung upside down on the corridor ceiling outside thepresident’s office, just like a bat.
