Chapter 746 How Could Things Be So Sudden?
Eudora was a little surprised. She took the phone in front of her to make sure she called the correct
number.
She asked, "Where's Colbert?"
"He's in hospital."
"Hospital? Which hospital?"
How could things be so sudden?
It was yesterday when she visited Belinda at the Steele Mansion, and Belinda told her that Colbert had
gone abroad on a business trip.
Was he injured in a car accident and hid that from Belinda?
Thinking again, that could be the case.
"A private hospital in the suburb."
"Okay, I'll be there right away. Could you give me the address?"
Hearing that Colbert was hospitalized, Eudora's heartstrings tightened. She immediately put down what
she was doing and drove straight to the hospital.
She drove fast along the way and even ran traffic lights once without noticing it.
Forty minutes later, she arrived.
The hospital was relatively secluded in the suburb.
After parking, Eudora followed the address and rushed to the VIP inpatient ward.
Two bodyguards stood at the ward door. They blocked her from the door the moment they saw Eudora.
"You are not allowed to enter." One bodyguard said expressionlessly.
"I'm Eudora, Colbert's younger sister. Let me in."
"Sorry, I don't know you. Please leave now."
The bodyguard discouraged Eudora from entering the ward.
The door opened then, and Micle showed up and said coldly, "Let her in."

After all, Colbert was the CEO of Sinton Group. If somebody else knew he was seriously injured and
unconscious in the hospital, they might cause some trouble.
Entering the outer ward, Eudora asked, "What happened to Colbert?"
There were two rooms in the VIP ward. The outer was a small living room, and the inner was the ward.
This effectively isolates outsiders from peeping and could also create a quieter atmosphere for
patients.
Micle glared at Eudora unhappily. "Ask yourself."
Such an indifferent attitude made Eudora self-doubt.

As she thought about it, she walked into the inner ward.
When she entered, she found Jayleen sitting on the sofa while Colbert was leaning on the bed.
