Chapter 726

Chapter 726 The Steele Family Dinner

Eudora returned to her apartment, wore her pajamas, and sat in bed with the computer to work after a

bath.

Just as she was chatting with the people from Cory E-sports on voice about work, she received a voice

message from Colbert.

She glanced at the voice and converted it into text. [There's the Steele family dinner the night after

tomorrow. Remember to go back, Eudora.]

The Steele family dinner?

Eudora didn't think much and replied directly: [Okay.]

Eudora seemed unwilling to say another word.

On the other side, the man in the director's office of Sinton Group stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling

windows and had a panoramic view of Kenison City. He clearly felt supreme, but facing Eudora,

everything he did seemed so useless.

Colbert tried his best, but he couldn't touch her.

Colbert looked at the word sent by the woman on the phone, gripping the phone. He hesitated for a

while, seemed not to know what to say, so he didn't send any more messages.

After being busy in the company for a long time, Colbert left.

But he couldn't help but drive down to Eudora's rental apartment.

In the cold wind, the man exited the car, leaned against the car door, and smoked a cigarette silently,

thinking.

The following morning, Eudora was busy planning the promotion in the wedding company's office when

Sandra knocked on the door and walked in. "Eudora, someone wants to see you."novelbin

Eudora, who was busy, raised her head. "Who?"

"Mr. Burke," Sandra replied.

"Let him in."

Eudora didn't understand Chasel.

That time in the warehouse, she shot and wounded Chasel and Rosetta, causing Rosetta to be almost

disabled. His father, Laville, must hate her. How could Laville tolerate Chasel's repeated visits to her?

Thinking of that time when Laville hit Chasel on the stairs in the hospital, Eudora had mixed feelings.

"Ms. Stanford, what are you busy with?"

When Eudora was thinking, Chasel had already walked into the office.

"Why do you call me Ms. Stanford, Chasel? Make fun of me?"

Eudora smiled and pointed to the sofa. "Sit down, please. I'll give you a glass of water."

She got up and walked to the water dispenser, made a cup of coffee for Colbert, handed it to him, and

sat down. "Why do you come to my company today?"

Chasel had hardly been to the wedding company since it was started.

"A friend of mine is going to get married, so I recommend he come to you. However, with our

relationship, please give him a discount."

He picked up the cup, took a sip, and said slowly.

Although he asked Eudora to give his friend a discount, he was actually recommending clients to

Eudora in disguise.

She was grateful for that.

"No problem. Don't worry."

Eudora smiled lightly, then slowly lowered her head. The smile on her face gradually disappeared, and

she became a little serious.

She frowned and asked, "Your sister... Is she better?"
