Chapter 615

Chapter 615 Shopping in the Supermarket

Eudora had no knowledge of the Steele family's affairs, let alone why Belinda liked her so much.

She only knew that her visit to Steele Mansion today was a way to reject Colbert indirectly. Her purpose

had been achieved.novelbin

However, she didn't expect that as she drove toward her apartment, Colbert's car was following not far

behind.

Eudora didn't want Colbert to know where she currently lived, so she made a turn and drove to a

nearby mall. She wanted to browse the supermarket and buy some things.

To her surprise, as soon as she parked her car in the mall's underground parking lot, Colbert parked

next to her, and both of them got out of their cars at the same time.

Eudora felt somewhat helpless but still maintained a cold and indifferent attitude. "Why are you

following me?"

"It's still early, and I'm bored," Colbert casually replied.

Adjusting his coat, he walked up to her and said lightly.

"I'm going to the supermarket. Are you sure you want to come with me?" Eudora pointed at his face

with her hand as if to say, "Are you sure you're suitable for appearing in a crowded place like a

supermarket?"

Colbert raised his hand and gently brushed away her fingers. "I'm not as famous as you think. It's fine."

Although Colbert said so, he still took out two black masks from his pocket and handed one to Eudora.

Colbert always acted discreetly. While the upper-class people in Kenison City generally knew him, the

ordinary folks were busy working and making money, and no one would pay attention to him.

However, considering the recent impact of the wedding incident, he thought it would be safer to wear a

mask.

"Fine."

Eudora accepted the mask and put it on. They both headed toward the entrance of the supermarket.

While walking, Eudora suddenly asked curiously, "When was the last time you went to a supermarket?"

This question seemed to stump Colbert. He thought carefully and gave a vague answer. "A few years

ago, I guess."

"Oh my. You haven't been to a supermarket in years. Your life must be so dull. No fun at all."

She sighed, feeling that Colbert's life lacked excitement and was incredibly rigid.

As they entered the supermarket, it was the peak hour at 8 p.m., and the store was crowded with

people.

Colbert walked in and headed straight for the entrance. Eudora reached out to grab a shopping cart

and muttered, "Aren't you buying anything?"

Colbert turned back and immediately walked toward her. "Let me push."

Eudora didn't bother being polite with him and simply let go, allowing him to push the cart.

Inside the supermarket, she had nothing particular to do, so she kept looking around.

She picked up some snacks she liked and waved them in front of Colbert. "Do you want this?"

Colbert replied, "Buy."

She then picked up a box of nuts and asked, "How about this? Do you eat it?"

Colbert replied, "Buy."

A few steps later, Eudora grabbed a box of discounted chocolates and asked, "Do you eat these?

They're on sale. Buy two, get one free."

Colbert simply said, "Buy."

Initially, Eudora thought Colbert also needed these things, so she took two of each item.

Until she picked up a pack of fried chicken wings priced at 3.99 dollars and asked Colbert, "Do you love

eating this?"

Colbert replied, "Buy."

Eudora asked, "Are you sure you'll eat all of these things you're buying?"

As she spoke, she pointed to the pile of snacks in the shopping cart.
